Nice trip - Very nice! The group members were friendly, the guide was professional, and we saw the aurora. We were really happy. There were three of us, and we were arranged a room for three people, which was very good.

A fascinating, memorable day trip - So many fascinating sights and Magga was a very knowledgeable tour guide. I learned so much about Iceland's rich history as well as seeing some incredible landscapes.

Snæfelsnes is amazing! - We had so much fun. I really appreciate how there were lots of stops for walking and getting some movement in, since this tour went a long distance in the bus. Our tour guide, Árni, was so sweet and super knowledgeable. Would absolutely recomend.

Great day overall - The content or sites visited were as advertised. The driver was very friendly and personable. He answered our questions readily and was very knowledgeable. The only negative is the seating on the bus. I am 6 ft. 3 in. tall…not really very much taller than the range of normal heights. I found the seating very tight and uncomfortable with my knees pressing against the back of the the seat in front of us. As the day wore on, it was even more uncomfortable.

Getting a sense of the Icelandic geology - Great tour. Axel was a great guide, gave us lots of information about the peninsula, tips and options on making the best of the time on tour. There were many interesting spots that we stopped at. A suggestion is that perhaps the tour could be a little improved by adding one more spot to break up the long journey from and to Reykjavik? The minibus (S25) was comfortable but the entrance door needs to be reset so that it fits, we were getting a lot of wind noise as we travelled.

Great way to see sites and relax. - I really enjoyed Rebecca. She talked and gave you history but also gave you time of silence to just relax and enjoy your time. I really enjoyed all the stops and we got lucky the weather stopped cooperating just as we were getting ready to leave our last stop.

The scenery on this tour... - The scenery on this tour was gorgeous, but the ride itself was just ok. Our driver was very abrupt and quiet and gave us almost no information over the course of the day. We never knew which location we were visiting next or what we were looking at- we had to google and self educate. Our driver also almost left a passenger at our first location which made the other 10 of us nervous and tended to make our visits a bit shorter for fear we would get left behind. The western part of Iceland is beautiful and I’m glad we got to see some of the smaller villages along the coast.
