• Kleifarvatn Lake - We then proceed past Kleifarvatn Lake, the largest on the Reykjanes Peninsula. Encircled by mountains, its deep, dark waters are ideal for fishing and hiking.
• Seltún Geothermal Area - Our journey continues to the Seltún Geothermal area, a remarkable geological site featuring bubbling mud pools, steam vents, and vibrant hot springs.
• Fagradalsfjall - Optionally, embark on a walking tour to the new lava field at Fagradalsfjall volcano. Note that this trek takes an hour, requiring suitable footwear and clothing.
• Reykjanes Peninsula - We traverse the scenic route through a lunar-like landscape of craters, lava, and green moss.
• Grindavik - After Seltún, we visit Grindavík, a town renowned for its fishing industry and picturesque harbor. Here, you can savor local cuisine or explore historic buildings.

• Reykjanesbaer - We also stop in the charming town of Reykjanes, located on the peninsula’s north coast, known for its rich cultural heritage. The Viking museum here is a potential stop if time permits.

• Gunnuhver Hot Springs - Our final stop is Gunnuhver geyser, one of Iceland’s most powerful geothermal areas, featuring boiling mud pools and geysers shooting hot water into the air.
