Exceptional customer service - While we didn’t see the northern lights on this trip, the crew were fantastic, pointing out constellations etc When we left they told us too come back as we hadn’t seen the lights … Fast forward 2 years and I emailed asking if the offer still applied. They replied quickly and we were able to go while on a return visit. We saw an amazing display and again the crew were fantastic.

Great Trip - We went out on the first night but unfortunately didn't see anything however we got to rebook for free and thankfully got to see them ❤️ Maria the guide was fantastic, very informative as well as helpful (she would kindly take lots of photos for everyone!) The boat was very clean and cosy inside, lots of blankets to keep you warm on the cold nights at sea!

great view of the lights.....if they're out! - best place to see the lights is on the water, no driving for hours chasing them on land. best bits first - boat is really warm, no chop in the bay. good price. safety first from the crew, really good. we saw the lights so that was great! free re-book if you dont. only negative was the organising. but assume as its low season was killing 2 birds with one stone. you meet in their bar but its nit well communicated. we actually went to the wrong office and the rival company - who's boat isnt as good - told us where to go! overall would highly recommend!

Well organised trip - Excellent trip. Staff were brilliant and kept us informed of sightings of the Northern lights. Unfortunately didn’t get to see much - just a faint green spot above the mountain only visible through camera lens but enjoyed the trip anyway. Blankets provided. Warm inside areas with bar. Original trip cancelled due to weather conditions but we were given option of refund or rebooking. Pleased we rebooked because even though the lights weren’t great, it was still an enjoyable trip and great experience.

Mixed emotions - They don't go out very far so you are always in sight of land and ambient light. It made it harder to see good Aurora and it was the night everyone in the US could see fabulous lights. Beautiful yacht.

Tour - Weather was hit an miss and also solar activity so there was very little to see and after an hour it just felt id paid to sit on a boat for 2 hours which id of preferred if they had just took us back to Reykjavik rather than keep us on the boat for the duration to see nothing i get its not there fault we didn’t see them but just keeping people sat on the boat for 2 hours was pointless at that time of night
