The Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, occur when particles from the sun collide with the Earth’s upper atmosphere near the North Pole. In Iceland, they can be seen during the winter months, from late August to April, and display a variety of shapes and colors, with light green and pink being the most prevalent.

In Iceland, they can be seen during the winter months, from late August to April, and display a variety of shapes and colors, with light green and pink being the most prevalent.
Our Northern Lights team diligently examines weather and aurora forecasts to determine the optimal location each night for viewing the lights.
As a natural phenomenon, the Northern Lights cannot be guaranteed to appear. Please be aware that return times may vary. The group size is limited to a maximum of 19 people.

Must see! - We had a wonderful time. Sőlví was very entertaining, clear and informative. Dress warmly, but the bus was very warm so if you ever get too cold, you can get back on the bus.

Amazing experience! - What an amazing night! We did the small group tour were very blessed to have seen such a wonderful creation. Our tour guide (Sol) did such a fantastic job in guiding. He is very knowledgeable in different aspects about the northern lights (scientific facts, fun facts, different Scandinavian legends). Thank you for an incredible experience!

An Exciting Experience To Find The Northern Lights - There were nine people in this tour and we were picked up by our driver named Albert at our Airbnb at 9pm where he then drove to multiple locations to find the northern lights.After an hour, we found a spot where we could see the northern lights.We then took many photos of the lights and also took many family photos.After taking the photos, the driver took us back to the airbnb.
Overall, I would say I was excited for this experience/tour as I get to look at the lights in real life/with my own eyes.I was also amazed at how beautiful and cool the lights were.The only challenges we faced was finding the lights as we had to drive to a super far location to spot/find the lights but I enjoyed this tour/experience and definitely recommend this tour if you want to see the northern lights.

Highly Recommended Private Tour - We had a really fantastic private tour with our driver-tour guide, Albert. He was very professional and gave us an amazing experience throughout the trip. Albert was well prepared, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
We were lucky enough to see the aurora on our first night, which made the experience even more special. We also did the Golden Circle and South Coast tours, and everything was well organized and enjoyable.
Albert truly looked after us very well and made the whole journey smooth and memorable. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Albert as the guide. Overall, it was a great experience and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Brilliant trip! - The small northern lights trip we did was a brilliant experience, very cold, wrap up warm. Sol who took us was amazing, so friendly, has a massive knowledge of everything northern lights. By the end of the night we eventually saw some was worth the wait 😀 would recommend Sol he was brilliant!! Thank you

AURORA BOREALIS - Our tour guide Solvi was amazing! He was able to answer any questions our group through at him and instructed us how to get the best out of our experience! He let the cold people in on the bus, Took photos of family, and brought out Hot Choclate and Biscuits for everyone! Definitely would go with this company again!!

Northern light with Solvie is the absolute best!! - We toured with Solvie. 10/10 recommended not only the company but him as a guide. He knew when it was just right! We saw some of the best lights!!! Highly highly recommend

Thank you, Birta — it was unbelievable! - I’ve been on the tour every December for the past three years, and I hope to come again next year. The tours are well organized, and the guides are very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been lucky to see the northern lights every time.
This year, on December 12, we had Birta as our guide, and she was fantastic! She found a spot with a clear sky, helped everyone set up their cameras to take better pictures, answered all our questions, and took photos of everyone with the northern lights.

Be was just brilliant what a night one we’ll remember forever. - Be was just brilliant what a night. First location wasn’t great within 5 mins be had us back in the van on the way to location 2 within mins the sky was lit up from end to end with dancing green hues along with some pinks too. The photos we got were incredible with thanks to our amazing guide who also helped each person on the tour with camera settings and managed to get individual pics for each group in our party. I would 100% recommend this tour. I hope your as lucky as us not only with the lights them selves but with the guide. Thankyou Be for an unforgettable experience your passion and excitement made the night feel even more special than we could have imagined.
