Nelu our driver was... - Nelu our driver was great, picking us up on time and taking us to our first spot. We saw some incredible lights but we were then taken to a 2nd spot that was arguably better! The evening was cold so hot chocolate and treat were really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Grateful to have seen the Northern Lights dancing above us 😍 - Hawk - our guide was superb. At first, we thought we would not see the northern lights because of the cloudy skies, but he took us to where there were clear skies. We saw the northern lights dancing above us, it was a dream come true. The photos taken by Hawk were also nice, but I personally prefer the photos my husband took 😂 The hot choco kept us warm and the chocolate wafers tasted soooo good, I even had to rush to the grocery store the next day to look for one 🤣

Lifelong journey fulfilled - Iosif (pronounced Yosef) was a wonderfully enthusiastic guide. We started out in a snowstorm in Reykjavik with little hope of seeing the Northern Lights, but after driving out of town, the skies magically cleared and Iosif spotted the Northern Lights from the van. He pulled off the road and told us where to look in the sky. Sure enough, we saw the aurora, but it was relatively dim. We went back into the van to warm up but after a few minutes, Iosif excitedly told us to come back outside and the aurora was much brighter -- a magical and awesome sight. He then took many pictures of everyone with the Northern Lights in the background. We would not have been able to fulfill this lifelong dream without Iosif's persistence and keen awareness of where and when to look to the skies. An amazing experience!

Chasing the Northern Lights - Great trip to see the northern lights. Iosef was a very knowledgeable and great guide. The snow was bad but that didn’t deter him. Took us straight to a great spot and wow. Would highly recommend 😁

Northern Lights - My first experience trying to catch the northern lights was boring but my second attempt with Troll.is was amazing…Iskren made it happen driving around without stopping until we got the perfect picture I highly recommend

Tour cancelled 8minutes before pick-up! - Dreadful! Tour company cancelled the Tour because of cloud cover 8mins before our pick-up time. We were still stood waiting at the bus stop 20mins after pick-up time. Only found out about the email after calling them. Managed to rebook for the next day. Confirmation email states decisions to cancel are made at 3pm, so why weren’t we informed earlier?! Completely understand complications due to weather. Our time in Iceland is limited to a few days. Our time is precious & we could have made alternative arrangements.
