Museum + boat - We visited the museum and then took the boat! It was a great idea to take the full tour, because with the EN Spanish audio guide we were able to learn a lot about the marine animals we were going to visit afterwards! Loved it!!

One trip, three whales! - Crew did a great job and we saw three humpbacks on our trip with several breaches and flukes! Only warning is that ads may make it seem like there are up to 15 on the boat, but it’s actually 40. Still, we loved it!

Nice activity - Nice exhibit. Whales are larger than life not sure if the are real whales stuffed but when touched feel like rubber filled with stuffing. Each whale has a biographical explanation and nice videos and movies in movie room. Nice activity for a family very different.

- We were only in Iceland for 2 nights and pre-purchased our tickets for this. It was very fine. Probably skip-able if you are on a tight time-frame. It was cool to see how large the whales were, but we did cooler things that felt more worth our time and money.

Small museum, impressive animals, no hospitality and somewhat worn. - The museum is small, but the beasts huge. Very fat to see how big these animals actually are. Unfortunately, the entrance was anything but friendly. There are 'students' who work while you buy a ticket, just playing games around his phone and listening to music with headphones. This does not feel and is not customer friendly. Many animals have been hanging there for years, you can also see when you stand closer. Some parts are a little worn. We spent 1.5 hours here doing the free audio tour + still reading everything and watching 30 minutes of a whale movie. You'll soon be done with children.

bad mannequins & paper-mache skeletons of whales - Audio-guide was very good: good information and organization. Whales and "skeletons" on display looked very fake. Clearly, you cannot put a real whale on display, but the mannequin whales on display were fake-looking. Even the "skeletal" materials looked like a bad paper mache projects.
