We will first visit the Golden Circle, a core tourist circuit that puts on display three prime attractions of Iceland. We’ll begin at Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that holds the distinction of housing the oldest parliamentary institution in the world and marks the meeting point of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates.
Subsequently, we’ll explore Geysir geothermal area, which is famed for its energetic geysers and hot springs that lend their names to the region. The most celebrated geyser, Strokkur, delivers a show every couple of minutes. Wrapping up our Golden Circle tour, we’ll stop at Gullfoss, one of the most striking waterfalls in Iceland. Following this, our adventure takes us to Kerlingarfjöll, a mountain range settled in the highlands distinguished by its remarkable geothermal highlights including hot springs, mud pots, and fumaroles.
