A Fun Journey - A great experience as always! Marek and his co-workers made our journey a fun and memorable one as I left a phone on the bus and after they made sure I got it back promptly. Thanks, guys!

Easy and efficient... - Easy and efficient transfer both there and back. Comfy seats, nice and warm, took about 45 mins. No complaints.

Blue Lagoon - evening in March - A fantastic experience especially as the weather was very entertaining. All very well organised and special call out to our driver Karol who managed the icy conditions beautifully and very smoothly. It was too wet to risk the phone so no photos unfortunately.

Blue lagoon visit as disabled customer - Lovely place, just takes a little while to get used to the egg smell. Staff all very pleasant and helpful which is lovely for a disabled traveler like myself. Sorted easy access changing room and any other help I needed no problem.

AMAZING - Absolutely an amazing experience, never to be missed if you have the opportunity. Terrific coach journey there and back like a guided tour, amazing scenery unlike anywhere else in the world. The Blue Lagoon in its self was amazing, imagine swimming/paddling in a gorgeous warm bath BUT with frosted hair, how funny is that.. can't fault anything at all about the Blue lagoon and its staff and facilities.

REYKJAVIK EXCURSIONS - my experiences were mixed and at times confusing as i am a tourist and a boomer i was sometimes stressed about my pick up from my apartment as one member of staff at reykjavik excursions suggested i make my way to a nearby hotel and it took me a while to find it but i decided not to go there and instead made my way to the bus on the far side of the city and then a bus to the terminal /another time i was to be collected from my apartment and was told that morning that i was not booked on the 9am pick up time but had to go on the 10am pick up time and as didnt suit me thats when i made my own way as mentioned above/the 2nd time i needed to go to the terminal i just got a taxi as i needed to be on the 1st coach that left the terminal at 3.30am and the earliest pick up was at 3am and as i needed to be there at 3.15am i then cancelled the pick up which there was no refund and got the taxi to the terminal as i needed to be in the airport as early as possible as my flight was at 6.15am and i also had to check in my suitcase an hour beforehand /also when i needed a taxi i was given a card with a phone number and when i rang it the voice spoke islandic and after listening to the message i hung up and when i mentioned this to the staff at reykjavik excursions she said in a crisp voice that i just needed to stay on the line and of course they speak islandic /what i would have appreciated was to be told when i was given the card for the taxi to be told that i would hear islandic and to stay on the line till i heard english /the coach to the blue lagoon /the hot springs and the airport were excellent just not the pick up

Adequate transport. - The bus to the station was prompt but very crowded and hectic and the driver took off abruptly and many of us had to grab onto something to stay in our seats. We then transferred to another bus which had a lovely driver and comfortable seats but we sat for about 20 minutes before leaving and the restroom was out of service. Otherwise went smoothly and on the way back we were dropped off right at our hotel and didnt have to transfer.

Bad communication and not as described. - the tour company and Viator are apparently not on the same page. We waited 40 mins for our tour had to take a cab. The time on the booking does not match the ticket!!! It is basically a city bus that takes you to the blue lagoon and then you have to figure out which bus to take back. they don't drop you off when they picked you up even though the viator descriptions and initial booking says the tour picks up and drops off at the location you choose. Don't be fooled they only drop off in Reykjavik at a few locations, if that is not where you were picked up you will need to go through the bus terminal to catch another bus.

Unsafe Drivers - Return bus driver was a very bad driver and should not have been the one to drive in the type of weather that was happening. Also, contacted company to cancel another scheduled bus trip due to how bad this one was and am being told they won't do that even though it's due to their driver behavior.
