Great service! Fun room!!

This was a first experience for myself and my son. We enjoyed how explicit and detailed it was. We did not get out in time, but the attendant came in and broke it down for us. It allowed us into knowing what to do/look for next time and how to assemble all details, to access clues and find solutions. We continued to talk about it for several hours later. We will certainly try this again.

Puzzles were interesting and varied, and sufficiently challenging to be satisfying. Room set up was interesting and period appropriate. Two reasons I didn't give 5 stars: 1. the employee who introduced the theme of the room was struggling to remember how to do it (he admitted he forgot exactly what to say), and 2. the ultimate puzzle didn't actually have anything to do with "escaping" the room (it was just a regular door). My suggestions: use a video intro to set up each room, so the employees don't have to struggle to remember the set ups. Would also be a bit more professional. Also, if possible have the last clue be a code to "escape" the room or open the door.
