2. Pre-Service Notification

This email provides detailed information about your dedicated driver (name and contact information), vehicle information (model, color, and license plate number), as well as specific details about where the driver will wait for you at the airport or hotel. Please carefully review this email to confirm all information is correct.

3. Driver Waiting Instructions

Understanding that flight arrival times may be delayed due to various factors, unlimited free waiting service is provided for passengers. The driver will adjust the waiting time according to the actual arrival time of the flight specified in your order, ensuring that you will not miss the transfer service even if your flight is delayed. Please note that this unlimited free waiting service only applies to the single flight listed in your order. If you require the driver to wait for multiple flights or share the transfer with other unrelated passengers, the driver has the right to leave without further waiting, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

4. Arrival Transfer (Airport Pickup)

For airport pickup service, the driver will monitor the latest flight dynamics in real-time and arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) before your flight lands. After your arrival, the driver will wait for you at the International Arrival Hall or Domestic Arrival Hall (depending on your flight type), holding a clearly visible sign printed with your full name and flight number, allowing you to find the driver quickly and easily without confusion.

If you encounter any problems — such as being unable to find the driver or getting lost at the airport, please immediately contact the 24-hour emergency email: [email protected]. The support team will respond promptly to assist you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. After you find the driver and board the vehicle, the driver will reconfirm your drop-off address (hotel or other designated address) with you to avoid any mistakes.

5. Departure Transfer (Hotel/Address Pickup)

For departure transfer service (from your hotel or other designated location to the airport), the driver will arrive at your specified pickup location 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. This ensures you have ample time to prepare and board the vehicle without rushing. Once the driver arrives at the pickup location, the system will automatically send you an email informing you of the exact pickup spot — such as the hotel lobby entrance, hotel parking lot, or other agreed location — to facilitate you finding the vehicle easily.

After you board the vehicle, the driver will reconfirm the destination airport (PEK or PKX) with you to ensure there is no misunderstanding, then depart on time to take you to the airport smoothly.

6. Downtown to Hotel Drop-off Service

In addition to the transfer service between the airport and hotel, a private car drop-off service is also provided from any location in downtown Beijing to your target hotel. This service is perfectly suitable for various needs, including business check-in, travel accommodation, or temporary stays. Flexible departure times are offered — you can adjust your departure time according to your itinerary, and the driver will arrive at the designated location in advance to wait for you, ensuring you depart on time and avoid delays that may affect your schedule.

7. Fee Instructions

If the driver or the service team charges additional fees for the above items without prior notice, the overcharged amount will be fully refunded to you.

Please note that the fixed all-inclusive price does not include any fees directly unrelated to the transfer service, such as scenic spot tickets, personal consumption, or other additional service fees not listed in the booking.
