Getting to our destination promptly - It was good and he got us to our destination promptly even when we did not exactly know where we were going. He helped us figure out where we going. He patiently waited for us to get our bags from baggage claim.

Very professional! Champagne bottle service.!! - Very professional service. Our driver was absolutely amazing - he came in the airport with an IPad flashing our name so we could easily identify him, he had champagne waiting for us in his luxury SUV ! We really enjoyed our journey to Ponce from San Juan, thank you so much for your hospitality!!!!

Great Service - Jose' provided prompt and professional service from the cruise port to SJU. We had a lot of luggage and his vehicle was the perfect size for our group. He even offered cold water for our trip to the airport.

Bumpy Ride! - Very reawful! The ride is guaranteed to be on time. However, it was a very bumpy ride. The vehicle can use some shocks or something. The suv hopped up & down the entire trip, if you hit any additional bumps in the road, it was aweful!
