Great experience. Staff friendly and professional. One comment would be the Piper Panther back seat is very noisy due to the rear hatch allowing air in. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about sealing that rear door better but it would go a long way in passenger comfort in the back. I would also add it may be better to increase the projected flight time a bit. On our flight due to weather and heavy traffic it took closer to 40 minutes. Honestly, that was fine with me and I understand you can sometimes get to Toronto in 20 minutes but it's better to provide a more accurate estimate in case I was planning on booking a meeting shortly after 8 AM. Maybe stating a flight time of roughly 30 minutes and making it clear traffic and weather have an impact? Overall I am very excited to use your services more! I will be looking into your flight packages however due to my expense policy at my company I don't think I will be able to purchase a number of flights in advance. Maybe some sort of membership system may work where after a certain number of yearly flights allow for the prices to go down. Just a thought but I think the price is fair for the time saved. Thanks again for the quick, safe and enjoyable trip to downtown!

Great service! Consider promo opportunities on social media. Also market the service not just as a commuter 9-5 route but as an option to fly into Toronto for Dinner and Sports game, stay the night or take an uber home. Provide a package for ground transportation option back after your dinner or sporting event. As well as ground transportation package mid day after meeting ends.
