Visit one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, Trou d’eau La Saline, with a guide for a 10-minute presentation of the lagoon and the activity. After the safety instructions, the group will wade in up to the waist to begin the water walk. Non-essential and non-waterproof items are left in the vehicles. As the group advances, the reef is observed through a transparent wooden frame, revealing coral formations and their inhabitants for one hour and 10 minutes, until reaching a particularly rich small canyon area. From there, the group turns around for a return journey of about thirty minutes.
Walking in the water provides a gentle and toning muscle activity. Upon arrival at the check-out point, the group returns to the beach to discuss observations for 20 minutes. Toilets and showers are available in the area.
