A day tour to Camp Adventure is the perfect way to appreciate the beauty of Denmark’s first wooden tower, which opened in May 2019.

The tower stands 45 meters tall and is connected to a 900-meter-long treetop walkway. Tickets can be purchased on-site.

• Hvidovre - Hill Top Trine is a recycled sculpture by Thomas Dambo, part of the larger “Forgotten Giants” project. Hill Top Trine rests atop a small hill in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, where visitors can climb into her hands for a stunning view over Avedøresletten.

• Roedovre - Sleeping Louis is another recycled sculpture by Thomas Dambo, also part of the “Forgotten Giants” project. Sleeping Louis is nestled on a hill, surrounded by trees and nature, in a hidden spot in Rødovre outside of Copenhagen. Visitors can crawl into his open mouth to play or even rest inside.

This offers a distinctive nature experience in an innovative format, set amidst Denmark’s stunning landscapes. With a focus on nature, architecture, and adventure, visitors of all ages are invited to enjoy an extraordinary experience in the forest.

During the visit, guests will walk through the trees along a 1.2 km wooden path leading to the forest tower. The ascent to the top of the Forest Tower involves a 900-meter walk connected to a 45-meter tall observation tower. Walking the entire treetop path and spending time atop the Forest Tower is a delightful experience. Capturing a photo atop the Wooden Skyscraper is truly remarkable.

“Forgotten Giants” is a project featuring six large sculptures located on the outskirts of Copenhagen. All sculptures are crafted entirely from local scrap wood and recycled materials, and are situated in hidden, picturesque locations. This tour includes visits to two of these Giant statues.
