• Praia da Ingrina - You will be taken to our stunning Coasteering location, in the beautiful Natural Park of Costa Vicentina near Praia da Ingrina. Then you’ll be getting ready with wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and shoes, the guides will then assess the conditions and give a safety briefing with Coasteering techniques and skills on cliff jumping, climbing, swimming and moving around the rocks.

We’ll walk down to the water’s edge and immediately start with small cliff jumps to practice and have fun. The route will take you exploring the Coastline, hidden beaches, amazing cliffs, rock formations, clear ocean waters and learning about the marine environment and some local traditions. You’ll be swimming in the ocean, inside sea caves, climbing and walking along the rocky shoreline. The more you advance the higher the jumps get! Up to 10 meters (30ft) high! We can even jump inside the grottoes! (don’t worry there’s always alternatives) After all the action we’ll walk back over the cliffs along the coastal path for a scenic experience while chatting about the session.

Comparable to Canyoning, this coastal variant provides an adrenaline rush with numerous cliff jumps ranging from 1 - 10 meters (30ft.)! Swimming in the open ocean creates an intimate connection with the sea. The clear waters, illuminated with turquoise and emerald hues, reveal hidden caves and secret passages, which you’ll explore through swimming and walking. To access these exclusive areas and execute the jumps, basic climbing and scrambling skills are necessary. Enjoy strolls atop high cliff edges, offering panoramic views of the captivating Atlantic blue waters. The journey also allows you to explore rock pools rich with maritime organisms. The excursion includes plenty of photos and videos for you to recapture the experience.
