Overall great experience - This was one of the top tours we took on our vacation. The driver shared tons of information about the environment of the woods including details of past fires and the attempts to create a healthy forest. Also great details about each of the stops, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Sylvan lake, as well as where to go to get the best pictures. Unfortunately we did not encounter much wildlife, even in Custer State Park. We made some wonderful new friends and did enjoy the experience.

Awesome!!!!!! - I was great from the very beginning with the breafast. Throough all the amazing sites and then the dinner theater...Billy our bus driver...I can't say enough good about him. How he remembers all the history etc that he does is beyond me. He's driving ....never was I scared...well...maybe that last tunnell....but then I wasn't...lol lol It's amazing how he get's that bus through the places he does. My granddaughter and her fiance were heading up the day we were leaving. I called and told them to be sure to take this amazing trip and that it's well worth the money. The saying leave the driving to us is true. No way could we have driven and got to enjoy all the grand sites that we did. If anyone asks I will tell them to be sure to take this ....

Offensive Buss driver. Used the bus braking systems to entertain the passengers. - What breakfast consists of. And that the bus driver might make the experience less than wonderful. Offensive comments and actions throughout the day.

Average experience for an average price. - This was an average experience. Breakfast was meh. The bus was clean. We got to see Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, and the Needles Highway. I found the tour guide to be ok, but not amazing. He had a tendency to focus jokes on the non-english speaking female guests and was also a bit sexist. He often asked "the ladies" questions. He had plenty of stories and dad jokes. I felt like one off color comment about the men bringing scalps back from the Crazy Horse Memorial really soured me on him even more. He mentioned being part native american, but I can't imagine any indigenous person making that joke. Additionally, he spent the last few minutes on the bus telling us why we should accept Jesus as our Savior. I'm a proud Christian, but that wasn't the time and place for that. Dinner was just meh (all canned stuff heated up) with great spice cake. The show was average honky tonk band.
