Impressive city tour - It wasn't just about tourism, it was about life and history. Our guide Dedo always had an open ear and responded to individual questions! Highly recommended ☺️👍🏻

Visit to the city of El Quseir - It was interesting to see how the locals live and discover the history that preceded them. Pedro our expert guide state really nice we found ourselves very well. I recommend doing this experience in the late afternoon from 5pm onwards. Because we did it at 1pm and walking in the 1pm sun was really challenging

An afternoon in El Quseir - We got a great overview of the city and its history. The German-speaking guide explained everything very well to us and tried very hard and took care of us. He responded to all our questions and wishes. The whole organization and handling of the booking was exemplary and this despite the fact that we had booked the tour only one evening before. We can only recommend these without restriction!! The old town is unfortunately very neglected and dilapidated in many places and you could make much more of it here. However, we found the few tourists and the originality of the city and of course the friendliness and openness of the people nice.

Pinch of Egyptian daily life + ancient culture - We saw the old Italian neighborhood with a beautiful (now Orthodox) church. Furthermore, we also saw the castle, the old houses and the harbor and we could have a drink at the beach. Furthermore, we also came to know that the Egyptians lived in the city earlier and now. Our guide Pedro was very helpful. I walk with tools and he was always ready to help if there was a step or stairway. Thank you so much!

El Quisier an original city - Communication and transfer worked great. Had a guided tour just for me all by myself. Was totally adapted to my needs. What was really great was that I had a "mostly" German tour, although I could only book English when booking. Thank you!!! The one star is missing because it gave me too little general information about the Führer. I had to choose a lot of things on the information boards in English. Nevertheless highly recommended

Good Organization-Special Situation - We had spontaneously requested and booked the tour the night before. Easy organized and we were picked up by a driver at the hotel. The guide climbed to it in the village. The tour of the town, the visit of the castle and church and especially the mosque were very interesting. The guide led us to the individual stations, but had little knowledge or interest in them, and always pointed to it in case of questions we should read it on the signs, there it would say. That wasn't bad either;-). Unfortunately, during the tour there was an incident between guide and a boy, which had made us no longer feel comfortable and various locals intervened and defended the boy and spoke to our guide. We didn't understand the language, of course, but it was clear that something was not good here. Finally, we were led to a tea shop, allegedly by the uncle. Wouldn’t recommend going, here we had felt an indirect buying pressure from the men there.

Very Disappointing Tour. Not as described. - The day before the tour, we were asked to pay a 20 euro supplement for a private tour. This was what we had already paid for and so we questioned this. Pick-up and taxi was good but the guide was appalling, he did not know the itinerary and could only speak English very poorly. When we corrected or questioned words he spoke in German or looked very annoyed. He took us to see a Mosque which had no historical significance. When we asked to see a larger older Mosque that we passed he told us they were all the same. We insisted we went to look, much to his annoyance. When we asked to see the hotel, which is on the itinerary he questioned why we wanted to go and raised his eyes to heaven. He did not seem to know it was on the itinerary. He took us there but did not take us inside. We had no access to wi fi at the time and so it was difficult to check what was included on the tour, We were very disappointed not to have seen the inside when we realised this should have been included. We got the impression that the guide did not know the itinerary, he gave us no information about the buildings or history as we walked around, other than a few dates. We asked lots of questions but dates were the usual response. The shopping part of the tour was a walk down a street with some very tatty shops.
