Day 1: Ha Giang Jeep Tour - Pac Sun Pass - Heaven Gate - Lung Tam Village - Yen Minh - Hmong Kinh Palace - Dong Van Town

Quan Ba Heaven Gate - Our tour departs at 8:30 am from Ha Giang city. After a brief drive through the city, you’ll soon be greeted by breathtaking landscapes and stunning views. The jeep will navigate through mountainous terrain and winding roads, ascending to Pac Sum Pass, which stands over 1000 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll notice a cooler temperature and can enjoy panoramic views, take photos, and perhaps sip some coffee. The journey continues through picturesque villages up to Heaven Gate, offering more spectacular scenery and a visit to Nam Dam village, home to the Dao minority, where you can learn about local culture.

Yen Minh - After exploring Nam Dam village, the tour proceeds through Quang Ba to the town of Tam Son. You’ll encounter the impressive limestone mountains marking the start of the Karst Plateau Geopark. The drive up to Can Ty Pass offers stunning views of rivers, villages, and rocky mountains. A stop at a viewpoint provides a panoramic vista before continuing to Yen Minh for lunch at a local restaurant, which overlooks terraced rice paddies.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - Post-lunch, the tour heads to Tham Ma Road, the most famous pass of the Ha Giang Loop. Here, you can enjoy the view and take photos of the winding 9-step road. The journey continues along the China border, showcasing more limestone mountains and valleys, and offering insights into local cultures.

Dinh Vua Meo - The tour includes a visit to the Hmong King’s Palace, where you’ll spend 45 minutes learning about the history and culture of the palace.

Dong Van - The day concludes in Dong Van town, where you’ll check into your room, have free time to explore, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight in a traditional house. In the evening, you can stroll around the town.

Day 2: Dong Van - Meo Vac - Ma Pi Leng Pass - Meo Vac - Yen Minh - Quang Ba - Ha Giang - Return to Hanoi by Night Bus

Nho Que River - After breakfast and checking out at 8:30 am, the tour departs from Dong Van. The jeep will drive along Happy Road, offering spectacular views of Ha Giang, including the renowned Ma Pi Leng Pass. From here, you can see the vast valley and Nho Que River below. This part of the loop is often considered the most beautiful. The open-air jeep allows for unobstructed views, and there will be stops for walking, enjoying the scenery, and taking photos.

Meo Vac - After Ma Pi Leng Pass, the tour continues to Meo Vac. If it’s market day, there will be a 30-minute stop to visit the local market. The journey then proceeds through the valley and past Meo Vac town, navigating the famous M Slope and numerous limestone mountains, offering stunning landscapes that you’ll wish could extend your trip.

Ha Giang - The tour passes through Mau Due valley village, stopping for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, the journey continues to Yen Minh town and then back to Ha Giang city, passing through Quan Ba and Pac Sum Pass. The tour concludes between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
