Fantastic Quito Layover Day Trip - Gustavo spent the whole day with us explaining about Quito and Ecuador. Communication was very good as he picked us up from the airport. We visited the Mitad del Mundo, the Teleferico and the old town. He was very informative and knowledgeable and made our day trip one to remember. Thanks Gus!

Gustavo —- an Ideal Guide for Ecuador - My sister and I had three day tours near Quito Ecuador with Gustavo Tupezo. We visited the Cloud Forest, Otovalo and towns in north Ecuador, Quito residential neighborhoods and colonial Quito. He was an ideal guide, and a national expert on all of Ecuador and its neighbors. Gustavo responded to our curiosity and very many questions with graciousness. He is so knowledgeable about Ecuador’s history, culture, and its growth since our last visit, many years ago. Gustavo is personable, flexible, and helpful —- and his excellent English allowed a healthy dose of humor in our conversations. I recommend Gustavo with “highest honors”.

Awesome experience with Guide Gustavo! - My adult daughter and I visited South America for first time. Gustavo was our guide for Quito city, Cotopaxi and Quilotoa. Gustavo is a safe guide, knowledgeable, helpful, prompt. We customised our city tour to try local food. It was an awesome experience of getting to know the city with local guide Gustavo. Would highly recommended Gustavo!

Layover in Quito - Gustavo met us at our hotel during our short layover in Quito and drove us to Mitad del Mundo & Intinan Museum. As a bonus, he gave us a quick tour of some Quito highlights, before dropping us at the airport. We appreciated his commentary and answers to our many questions. All in all, a very informative half day tour.

Great food tour! - We loved this tour. It was a great mix of culture and history, with lots of delicious treats on the way. Elizabeth took great care of us, and was flexible in planning what we wanted to see.

Very informative, punctual, and congenial guide Gustavo - Gustavo took our group of two couples on tours on three consecutive days. First was an afternoon tour of central old-town Quito. The sights he chose for us were based on our input when setting up the tours, and were amazing: old wonderful churches, the main squares, the Panecillo, and finally evening dinner. the 2nd day we were driven to Mindo and experienced the amazing hummingbird attraction, the cable car ride and hike town to a waterfall in the high-altitude jungle, lunch in town, tour of the butterfly attraction, a demonstration of chocolate production, and La Mitad del Mundo. On the 3rd day we were taken to Cotapaxi National Park, up to the parking area below the refuge, then down to the lagoon where there and along the park road coming down from Cotapaxi the park guide spotted numerous wildlife for us while Gustavo helped identify the birds. Throughout all 3 days Gustavo was a fountain of information about the area's history, culture, and daily life and we learned a lot from him not only at the attractions but also while driving from one place to another. He spoke great English and was always punctual. We (my wife and I) would definitely recommend hiring Gustavo as your guide!

Wonderful tour of Quito! - We had Elizabeth for a whole day tour of Quito old town, the pallion, teleférico, middle of the world, and the Basilia National. She was so kind of knowledgeable, we REALLY enjoyed our time with her! We felt safe and learned so much during our day. We liked the tour enough that we asked her husband Gus to drive us to the airport the next day. I highly recommend their services for and around Quito!
