Quito - The drive from Quito takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. Breakfast will be enjoyed en route, near the stunning Cotopaxi volcano.
Cotopaxi Province - A stop will be made along the way to savor a traditional local breakfast. On clear days, the surrounding volcanoes offer breathtaking views.
Baños - Arrival in Baños is expected around lunchtime. There will be an opportunity to explore the city, get oriented, and plan for meals, attractions, and the itinerary. After lunch, guests can check into their accommodations, with the afternoon free for relaxation or personal exploration, followed by preparations for dinner and evening activities.
Mirador Cruz De Bellavista - The most traditional way to explore and ascend the mountain is by using the local buses known as Chivas. Various viewpoints will be visited, where guests can enjoy the traditional drink, Canelazo, and capture vibrant photos with colorful lighting.
Baños Highlights
CASCADA EL PAILON - Also referred to as Pailon del Diablo, this destination is reached by driving towards the jungle. Along the way, there are approximately five waterfalls and scenic spots for photography. A cable car ride will take visitors to the top of one of the waterfalls. The final stop is the Pailon del Diablo waterfall, where a trail leads to one of Ecuador’s most spectacular waterfalls.
Quito - After lunch and a stroll in Baños, the return journey to Quito should commence before 4 pm to ensure a timely arrival back in the city.
