• Plaza San Blas - The tour guide will collect guests from their hotel at 7:00 p.m. to embark on a brief evening drive through Quito’s most captivating sites, including The Church and Square of San Blas, established in 1568.
• Teatro Sucre - Visitors will admire the Sucre Theatre, a remarkable 19th-century building, along with the Convent of El Carmen Bajo and numerous other architectural treasures!
• Plaza de la Independencia (Plaza Grande) - Guests will enjoy a delightful walk along the main streets, with brief stops at the most stunning spots in Quito’s colonial town, to witness the incredible structures, buildings, monasteries, churches, and squares illuminated by moonlight and vibrant colors!
• Calle La Ronda - This is the perfect and safest chance to experience Quito’s charming nighttime atmosphere. Visitors can also explore the delightful neighborhood of La Ronda and sample one of the most renowned homemade cocktails of the sierra region, “Canelazo,” a blend of hot cinnamon tea, passion fruit juice, and a few drops of a safe local “moonshine.”
• El Panecillo - After the memorable walk, guests will drive up to the summit of “El Panecillo” hill, situated at 3,200 meters above sea level (10,000 ft), to admire the stunning contrast of colorful lights on the squares and avenues, spread across the city’s uneven terrain.
• Basilica del Voto Nacional - On the return journey to the hotel, there will be a stop in front of the Basilica de Quito, an extraordinary church built in neo-gothic style! Guests will arrive back at their hotel around 9:30 p.m.
