Disappointed - Unfortunately I was booked on this tour: Quito for two nights with a day of touring around Quito and then middle of the World as well as 3 nights on Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos. Then back to Quito for one night before flying back to the States. I originally had thought my travel agent had booked a tour that took me to Isabela Island as well but this tour did not. I was only on Santa Cruz. Very disappointed. And to top it off, both times I tried to check into the hotel in Quito this company had reserved for me, the hotel did not have my reservation which was very unsettling and disturbing for me as a singe female traveler. It eventually worked out and the hotel had a room for me but this was not very professional of the tour company . Also, two other girls were booked for all the same tours and were booked into significantly better hotels in both Quito and Santa Cruz. This is all very frustrating. Why did this all happen? All worked out but not to the extent that I felt I paid for. Better to really read what you’re getting carefully.
