Paloma Neumann - Excellent service. José, the driver punctual, extremely kind. He was waiting for us outside the hotel to drive us to the airport even before we walked outside. The car was clean and comfortable, and we arrived secure and timely to our flight.

Totally recommended - When I got out of the arrival door at the airport Jose was there waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. He's been incredibly nice and very professional. The car is great and he's a very good driver. He's also explained me a few things about the city during the drive. Totally recommended.

Good but they were late - The service itself was fine, but they were 10 minutes late coming to the airport. I had clearly relayed my flight information, so I was surprised when no one was in arrivals with my name. We contemplated taking a taxi when we didn’t see anyone and waited. Finally showed up, and everything was easy.

Worst transport in Quito. Book elsewhere. - Horrible company, do NOT recommend if you want good service for an airport pickup. When I arrived at Quito airport on time (5:40pm), I could not find my driver anywhere. Yes, I checked the entire crowd, and we were clearly looking so lost/abandoned that another airport guest waved us down and let us use her cell phone and also helped us comb through the crowd to find someone holding a placard with our name on it. We frantically messaged the Whatsapp number, and tried calling (no one picked up)...And also tried the second number for Luis directly (no one picked up). We even messaged our hotel to see if a backup person could be arranged. During this, we kept combing through the crowd in hopes our driver was jist late. Well, around 6:20pm (40 minutes after our scheduled pickup time), our driver showed up. He didn't speak any English and even with my choppy Spanish he didn't seem too bothered that we were waiting for so long. Lateness is one thing, but not communicating with an otherwise stranded tourist in a foreign country is a huge no-no. Absolutely appalled at this terrible service and would never ever book any transport service through them.
