• Riviera Maya - The pick-up included with your purchase begins at 6:45 am, depending on your accommodation’s location.
• Xel-Ha Park by Xcaret - Arrival at Xel-Há is expected between 8:00 and 9:30 am, depending on your hotel’s location. At Xel-Há, enjoy a refreshing swim in the river’s crystal-clear waters, snorkel, or savor the variety of restaurants in the park.
• Tulum - Depart for Tulum, arriving at 2:30 pm. An expert guide will accompany you, sharing the complete history of Tulum from start to finish. Capture as many photos as you like at one of the main pyramids.
• Xel-Ha Park by Xcaret - Depart Tulum around 4:30 pm to return to Xel-Há, arriving at 5:00 pm.
• Riviera Maya - It’s time to board the bus that will take you back to your hotel or meeting point.

• Children’s prices are based on height. Children over 1.4 metres (4.6 feet) pay the adult fare. Children between 3.2 feet (1 metre) and 4.6 feet (1.4 metres) pay the children’s fare. All children under 3.2 feet (1 metre) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
• Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.
• Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
• It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
