Beautiful views and a refreshing swim - Beautiful views and a refreshing swim Tulum was absolutely stunning with the ocean backdrop—great for photos. The cenote swim was the perfect way to cool off afterward, and lunch was simple but tasty. Everything was well organized from start to finish.

Perfect mix of history and relaxation - Perfect mix of history and relaxation This tour was a highlight of our trip. The Tulum ruins were stunning with incredible ocean views, and our guide made the history really engaging without overwhelming us. The cenote swim was refreshing and not too crowded, and lunch was simple but tasty. Everything ran on time and felt well organized. Highly recommend for a full, enjoyable day.

The excursion blended two... - The excursion blended two worlds perfectly. First, you visit the Tulum ruins and see an archaeological world that rivals the best. The tour guide knew everything and made sure to recommend the best photo locations of the Caribbean Sea. Then you get to swim in the cenotes. I was lucky enough to be the only one. So it was like a private tour of the undeground river in a cave!!! Highly recommend this. Plus, they feed you empanadas and rice afterwards.

Lots of fun - Tulum was very interesting but sadly our guide rushed us through everything, walked way up ahead, began speaking before everyone caught up, so much was missed. The lunch was delicious, as the Cenotes were absolutely breathtaking. Most importantly our guide through the cenotes, Sara, was INCREDIBLE!!!

Rushed - The price you see on the website is not everything, there’s also a $690 MXD per person fee on top. Total I spent about ~$300+ for a party of four for context. Tips are also expected for everyone you interact with. While there were truly a few outstanding people who made our trip so much better (our drivers who waited for us and one who offered Dramamine) when one of our party fell sick, our tour guide (Victor) was not kind and made the whole thing feel rushed and like we were an inconvenience. When I was drawing money out of an ATM for the $690 MXD, he shouted to “not forget his tip”! The amount of time spent at the cenote was maybe 30 minutes. It was cool but not that worth it and not what you see on the listing. The ruins are very cool and our tour guide there was very fun. The provided meal was a bit surprising after that and (depending on how you feel about the cost of the excursion) perhaps not worth it: quesadilla, rice, and unseasoned beans in the forest. Drinks (other than lemonade) are $8 USD. TL;DR: Plan to spend much more money and much less time at the cool sites. And don’t expect good food.

Loud with bad service - The Tequila where I stayed was incredibly loud and the food on all the resorts was basic and the same almost every day and the service was incredibly slow with line ups at every bar because of only having one bar tender at each and the beach is very small and crowded with really corse sand and corral everywhere I personally will never go back but the resort it's self is really nice

Organization to review - many delays and waiting - An hour late to departure in the morning, once the shuttle arrived it was full so we had to wait for another shuttle. A priori there were last minute registrations (the same morning) and the claimant had to find another van ... Many different excursions are grouped for transport, at the end of my excursion I had to wait for more than an hour for the return shuttle because we had to wait for other people who had booked another excursion to make the trips profitable. Organization a little chaotic, poorly managed. I've waited as long as I've done activities. I asked several times at the end of my activities where to take the shuttle back and everyone was circling the bus not to tell me that we had to wait until other people finished their activity to leave. I didn't think it was right, and I just waited a long time.

Structure too bad to receive tourist - The trip to Tulum was good, but the rest was bad. It's a changing van every time, each van goes to a different corner. We were taken to lunch in a horrible place, a horrible empanada with terrible rice and beans. Then they took us to a cenote completely without structure, we changed clothes in a tent with an old curtain, no bathroom. The cenote is beautiful, out of that...
