Great price for entry to punta sur - Punta sur is the prettiest beach on Cozumel. The pass allowed us to get in for a cheaper price but doesnt give you anything else.

Wonderful day at Punta Sur - It was a beautiful day at the beach. The water was so warm and inviting. Food and service at the beach restaurant was fantastic and a beach massage was perfect.

Excellent trip to South Point - Excellent place to go to eat a fried fish a margarita and a coconut , plus the attention is very friendly . its beach that is delicious for swimming ,crystal clear water and many pesos ,divine !!!!

Great park, leave early to have enough time! - The park was what is promised. A nature reserve. We've seen crocodiles and great beaches. The lighthouse in the middle of it has been a great highlight with views. Unfortunately, we only had about 3 hours, which was not enough to see the park with everything. Too bad, but desease the tip: start early.

The attraction itself good - but you need transportation of your own - The company got in touch with us a couple of days before to let us know we had to go to a location in the center of town to pick up our tickets and bracelets. This tour does not include transportation, and you have either to get a cab that can be costly (cash only) and he would have to stay with you or rent a vehicle which was what they offer us to do, and we did but I recommend taking a tour that includes transportation. We did see crocodiles in the boat ride and the lighthouse was really good. We also spent some time at the beach at one of the restaurants. The water was clear and beautiful. The server was very nice, and we just bought a couple of drinks, and he wasn't pushy. We never reach Del Cielo Beach - did not even know the location. But the beach at the restaurant was good.

Be aware - Punta Sur is an absolutely spectacular place to visit! The views are breathtaking, the natural beauty is unmatched, and it’s definitely a must-see if you're in the area. However, be aware of a very important detail that’s not well explained: Befor you go to Punta Sur you need to go to a separate location in the middle of the city to purchase your tickets and receive a bracelet before heading to the park. This process took us around 30 minutes, and had we not been informed by someone. So plan ahead and make that stop in town first—it’s worth it, but it’s something you should definitely know in advance!

Beautiful but confusing - The lighthouse was fun and the beach was stunning! However, we didn’t get clear info on where to pay the extra $7 and we never got a bracelet. Snorkeling was disappointing - only a few fish and shells… One of the best thing was the lunch (extra). We had the whole fish special and the seasoning was to die for!

A very disappointing excursion. Buyer beware. - I don’t know where to start. First of all, the excursion was nowhere near the port. There was no indication in the excursion information that said you needed to take a taxi to the pick up point. We got a taxi for an extra $15.00 each way only to discover that you could not drive to the location due to road construction. The street where we were to meet was one way and closed off and in a very seedy part of town. The taxi driver told us he could drop us off at the end of the street and we could walk to the pick up point but we had no idea where we were and there was a torrential downpour at the time we were driving there. I never got a message from the company operator or anyone involved with this excursion. We were really looking forward to a day at the park and being able to get some snorkeling in. But that was all a bust. We ended up going back to the ship and spent our day poolside. I will tell everybody looking to book this excursion through Viator to beware. There was definitely something shady going on here. And I do expect to have my money refunded because of this.

Don't buy it!! - Don't buy this package. Aside from the price you pay here, you are charged an extra $5 for each bracelet that you must receive price that should already be included. Better wait and buy the packages that include transportation that they sell at excursion sites. Or if you're in a hurry buy tickets directly on the page so you don't have any extra surprise fees. I for one bought this package I had to give 10$ of what I had already paid and apart from that hire a taxi to take me to the place and that must wait all day for you because there is neither phone signal nor other taxis in the area and you can not be stranded there because this place is retired. I hope this review will help you and I hope you read it before you buy
