We will be back for the excellent service! - The service was excellent. There were so many waiters always coming by offering to get you a drink. You tip one time at the end, if you desire. We booked this after reading many reviews. They are accurate! The place is clean, friendly & there are 3 it 4 large swim up bars as well as the ocean, of course. I hadn't been to Cozumel in many years. When we return, we will come back to Mr. Sancho's Beach Club. We declined buying the photo only because it wasn't a good photo of me that day. Other than showing us the photo & telling me the price there was no pressure to buy. I appreciated that

Ocean pool swim up - Ocean, pool with swim up bar, all inclusive food and drinks it was great! I Would definitely recommend to anyone and would go again!

Great time at Mr Sancho's - Mr Sancho's is the perfect place wind down on your cruise. Plenty of beach chairs and tables right on the beach. Anything on the menu is included. Plenty of activities for the kids and adults too. Special area roped off the small littles in your group. Picture memories are also available. Servers make sure you have everything you may need

Overnight Suites - Awesome!!!! My husband and I stayed six nights in Playa suite and we cannot say enough good things about our stay!!! A big shout out to the staff that took care of us - Chava, Ezee, and Harry being so attentive to our needs and making sure to pamper us thoughout breakfast and our day. . At night Martin and Diego made it very special and memorable for us with dinners on the beach. The food was spectacular beginning with breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice was our favorite), ordering from the menu for lunch and they even made us enchiladas, and our dinners were excellent and very romantic. The ice cream of the day is the bomb!!! Also, all of the desserts served at dinner were a treat!!!! Drinks were plentiful - my husband had his share of Dos Equis! I am not much of a drinker; however, Mr. Sanchos Special was a favorite!!!! We had visited Mr. Sanchos two different times when cruising, and we always loved it so much that we decided to come and stay in the overnight suites. This was a great decision and we plan on coming back again soon!!!!

My favorite place in Cozumel - This is my third time going to Mr Sanchos. I love it there. Food is great, drinks are great, you get shade, you get sun, you get ocean, the servers are awesome. It’s perfect. This last time our friends got married there! It was a very nice intimate ceremony and then we took advantage of the all inclusive and partied all day.

Awful Food and Drinks... - The Food was awful...it was better the first time we went..the Drinks were awful as well...waited 45 minuets to get food that was terrible..it is bad when the French fries are bad as well as the Queso was like a pudding...Drinks were terrible as well...we will never go back..

Horrible experience - They sit you in a hard plastic chair uncovered to bake in the sun. No umbrella for a beach chair ir enough chairs . Beach was filthy . The food was horrible. I left with in an hour of beng here

Skip it - We were there on a day when there were a lot of cruise visitors. Despite having booked a day pass in advance everything is first come first serve. So when we arrives at 10:00 am there was no place to park our rental car. I finally got someone to move a traffic cone to squeeze us in. Hoards of people. After confirming our all day pass we were led to a table with a palapa overhang that allowed no view - you couldn’t even stand up under it fully. No beach loungers so no sun option. Again we were told first come first serve. All you can eat food and beverages included in the pads was so bad. Buffet was gross. Food ordered from table was gross. I wish I had taken a picture of the nachos delivered to the travel. Drinks extremely watered down. Getting into water from our assigned table required navigating chairs pushed together to accommodate max capacity. Paid 180 USD. What a waste. I feel for the staff that have to work here. We left after two miserable hours. This place needs a new business model.

BEWARE - We visited Mr. Sanchos Beach Club March 2025. This is our second time booking with Mr. Sanchos, because the first time was a great experience. This particular time, there were no lounge chairs available, we were offered a table and chairs. The lounge chairs lined the shoreline, so getting to the water was impossible. We asked if we could possibly have lounge chairs (they had empty ones), we were immediately told no, they were all "reserved". Nowhere on the website do I see where you can reserve particular types of chairs. After being there for an hour, a group of about 7 showed up, demanding lounge chairs and a table. After they were told they needed to have reserved the lounge chairs, they demanded two lounge chairs and they were provided to them.... in front of our table!!!! Drinks were not great, food was okay. I sure hope the party of 7 tipped enough for the both of us!! We had to leave within two hours of being there. Waste of money and time and will not book again! Hopefully I save someone else from this disaster.
