Excellent Service! - Yesterday I did the tour from Playa del Carmen and I want to highlight the professional work, kindness, good vibe and energy of both driver Mario, and especially of guide Erika Amiento, who encountered multiple adversities during the tour (she broke down the engine of a boat, some weather and accessibility issues) and knew how to cope with the situation in a very resolute way, without transmitting to those who participated in any moment situation of stress, being able to enjoy my last tour in this holiday with great joy. The group that was generated was also very fun and harmonious and I think that also goes hand in hand with the energy of who was in charge who was our guide. I recommend her for any other experience, plus she resolved all day speaking 4 different languages very fluidly and dynamically, and made it rosy to listen to everything as many times in the different languages as sometimes can happen.

Holbox with Erika - Very interesting experience, shame about the presence of algae... Erika was a very precise guide and above all always smiling, despite having had a group of Italians, French and Spanish, so she had to repeat the same things in three languages... I would say it was crazy!!!

To do - Beautiful visit, exciting stops between emerald waters and tongues of sand, between dolphins and pink flamingos. Great lunch and fun golf cart ride among the beautiful resorts. Great lunch. Perfect, nice, prepared guide Maria Grazia to whom I leave a cordial greeting.

Holbox and surroundings - Great time spent on Passion Island, Mosquitos Island and Holbox Island. We were able to tickle and enjoy the sun and magical landscape that these islands offer thanks to our captain and our guide Erika. Thank you again.

A very nice experience accompanied by a good guide ( Jonathan) , a great added value on our day thanks to him!! - Jonathan was great during our excursion to Holbox! Very friendly and smiling with lots of interesting explanations! We were well taken care of from start to finish! Congratulations. I recommend our dear Jonathan on all our excursions to Mexico!!

Holbox fantastic, transport to and from not so fantastic. - Holbox, the beach club and the golf buggy drive was great. The transport to and from the resort however was really poor. The minivan was massively cramped we were squeezed into what was nothing more than a modified parcel shelf with about 6 inches of space with no way to get you legs in. Absolute joke. For a 2 hour journey this was just not acceptable. The driver did his best to get there quickly but unfortunately got pulled over for speeding . The final problem was that the boat engine broke down on the way back and they had to send a rescue boat out for us. After that it was crammed back onto the parcel shelf in the minivan for another 2 hour journey back. Shame as this spoiled what was otherwise a really great day out.
