Dune buggy fun! - We did the Dune buggy ride with stops for tequila tasting, beach and lunch. It took us about 4 hours. Carlos was great and made sure the schedule worked for us. He was even able to drop us off close to the port so we didn’t need a taxi.

Carlos the goat - The whole thing was amazing, Carlos is funny nice and talkative in the right ways he always makes sure you are ready to leave and even helped one of our group members out of the buggy by getting her a wooden box to help stand on overall 10000/10

Touring Cozumel buggy style - What a blast! Our tour guide was Carlos and he allowed us to modify the tour as our cruise ship arrived late. The tequila tour stop, lunch, and the Punta Sur park were phenomenal!

10 out of 10 the best option - First time we visited Cozumel and we were recommended this excursion, the truth is very complete. In almost 6 hours we managed to visit the most important of cozumel. Thank you very much Carlos

A slight hiccup, but our guide made up for it. - Our cruise ship ported at Punta Langosta. The instructions were to wait by the Starbucks / Lighthouse where we would get picked up. There was a mix up and no one came to get us. After about 30 minutes or so I asked a local, Bruno, if he would be kind enough to place a call for us and, after giving them our confirmation number, we were picked up soon after. Jorge, our guide, could not have been better! We were given a fantastic tour of the island following Jorge's vehicle from our own dune buggy.

Not for us - Carlos, drove us around the city. We loved exploring. We were disappointed with several factors. There was no snorkeling, lunch was plain, chicken or fish tacos. Tequila tasting was good, it was way over priced even with American standards. We were uneasy when first got there because of that it was a shack in the jungle with lots of mosquitoes. I guess based on the description of the excursion we booked we were expecting more than we got.

our tour guide Allan was... - our tour guide Allan was very nice. The tour had way too much driving. It was along a main road on the coast. We were in two different vehicles so we couldn't even hear what if anything the driver was saying in the vehicle ahead of us I highly recommend some type of microphone system where the other dune buggies can hear whatever the driver is saying. The stop at the souvenir store should not automatically be included. It should be an option. There were many tour drivers there. It was quite obvious that there are some type of kickback, which is why they were taking all their guests to that store. That was kind of a waste of time. The tequila tasting was fun and informative at a garden spot with a lot of chickens running around. The bottles of tequila sold after the tasting ranged from $70-$300 a bottle. The lunch at the reef was a lovely location, but we were given two options only and the options didn't match what the items were on the menu. It was another version of it. And honestly, quite tasteless. We had three small kids so that was difficult. I would recommend reducing the price of the tour and having guest by their own lunch so they can choose whatever they would like. The snorkeling and kayaking were very nice.
