El Cielo - Snorkeling was very good. Saw Our first turtles on a snorkeling excursion—El Cielo was cool with the Starfish and swimming with the Stingrays.

****Amazing**** - This was an amazing snorkeling tour & a once in a lifetime adventure!! Tony & Alejandra were fantastic!! Tony was so easy going & made the best guacamole & salsa at the end point where stopped at the sand bar. There were stingrays swimming all around us! During the snorkeling tour Alejandra was with the group taking video. It is 100% worth the extra money for her video & still photos!!! When we ended the trip Carla was so gracious to contact my taxi driver back in Playa del Carmen since my Whats App wasn't working. Be prepared though with protective clothing, as the sun is intense. All in all it was perfect!!!

Excursion cancelled but dealt with very professional representative - Easy and timely meeting with friendly representative. Excursion was cancelled due to weather, but the experience with the rep gave me assurance these are professionals and I have no doubt the excursion would have been great.

Excellent snorkeling - The start of the tour was a bit disorganized with payments (they do not accept credit cards) but after we got started it was awesome! Lots of time snorkeling, tons of see life (reef sharks, starfish, turtles, sting rays, coral, colourful fish). They also provided snacks and drinks which were great. I would do this excursion again if in Cozumel

You get what you pay for. - Mixed review. Pick up was good, crowded snorkel, and like others said they claimed there was some kind of engine issue then passed around the duck for tips. Once that was done and all but us put tips in the jar it started right up and made it back to the marina. Tried selling us some super expensive photos the lady with them took. The guacamole was okay, the salsa was chopped onions and tomatoes and they cut up a pineapple and gave us some tortilla chips. Drinks were RC cola, sparkling pineapple soda, sparkling apple soda,a lot of cheap beer and very few waters. The spots we snorkeled at were extremely crowded. The spot we stopped for lunch was okay, but at least 20 other groups there all playing their own music loudly from the boats. It was okay for the cost but it could have been so much better. I wouldn’t really recommend this excursion unless there was nothing else.

Would recommend looking for a different tour operator - A bit of a mixed review here. Our dock pick up time was supposed to be 10:30am. This was confirmed on the receipt and in email. I contacted Carla about 10 minutes after 10:30 when no boat had arrived to be sure we were waiting in the right spot. She replied right away and said we didn't miss it, it would be there in 20 minutes. The boat named "Mandona" Okay, so now our pick up is 30 minutes late with no communication until I'd reached out. 45 minutes AFTER I sent the initial text we are still waiting for the boat. I send another message. This one is opened and not responded to. We finally decided to cut our losses after another 15 minutes waiting and walked back to the resort pool. At this time she texts and says the boat is at the dock and asks where we are. No apology or explanation for the delay. This boat is also not the "Mandona" as we were previously told. Once on the boat it was pretty clear that this was supposed to be a private family group tour. The tour guides and family we ended up with were very nice. At the second stop we see the boat Mandona...the one we were told was supposed to have picked us up. I don't know if we were completely forgotten about or what happened but some ownership of the mistake would have been appreciated. Additionally, this was not a 4 hour experience as indicated. We were picked up just before 12pm and back at our resort by 3pm. All in all, the experience was fun and the guides did a good job but the way the delay was handled was very disappointing.

Very poor organization and misleading claims. - I had a rather poor experience taking this snorkeling tour while visiting Cozumel on a cruise ship. Their website says the meeting point is "right outside the cruise terminal" but from where the MSC cruise ship docked, it was a $10 taxi ride. Further, when I called the local host, I was told to come to the pier (not the original meeting point, even though I was well in time for my booking) and the taxi driver asked for another $5 to take me there. I had booked a 9:30am tour, but it was 11:35am by the time the boat left the pier. They kept blaming it on "cruise ships" and other guests being late. I almost cancelled, being unsure if they would get me back in time given this experience. My complaints to the local host were mostly ignored and the only answer was "if you don't want to wait you can cancel and have your money back" - which was little consolation at 11am because it would mean I largely wasted the port day! The description on their website says they take you out on glass bottom boats - ours was NOT a glass bottom boat. They claim to take a maximum of 12 passengers per boat - ours had about 30!

Pick up - It mentions that they will get you but at the last minute he tells you to go to the ba I don’t know if it’s the agency or the application but it’s really unprofessional
