Amazing experience - Absolutely amazing experience! The water was crystal clear, and we saw so many colorful fish. The crew was super friendly and made us feel safe the entire time. Cozumel is a snorkeler’s paradise, would do it again in a heartbeat!

A fantastic time - We went snorkeling with our two teenagers and had a fantastic time. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the spots they took us to were full of life. Super easy for beginners and a great way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend bringing reef-safe sunscreen!

"Safe, fun, and unforgettable for all ages!" - Our family of five (kids ages 8, 11, and 15) absolutely loved this tour. The staff made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time, and the snorkeling spots were beyond beautiful. It's a great way to introduce kids to the underwater world while enjoying a thrilling boat ride. Will definitely book again next time we're in town!

Good snorkeling, terrible boat experience - Would NOT recommend. We have done this same 3 snorkel location/trip before and had wonderful experiences. This was BAD. Really bad. There was no ladder to get down or back up from the dock to the boat. It was quite a ways down with a small slippery area to step. We had more than one person who almost fell and one person got a significant bruise from hitting the bars on the boat. The boat is SMALL, like, ‘can’t sit with your legs in front of you’ small. You had to turn sideways to fit. I’ve been on similar boats but none with such a small area for legs. The boat is so small that it constantly pitched so hard that we felt like we were going to capsize. Even as experienced boaters, screamed a few times. It’s small enough that they look you up and down before boarding to LITERALLY size you up and guess your weight and then sit you on the boat accordingly so it doesn’t tip over. NOT KIDDING at all. That meant the adults were all in the front and then our kids in the back, which made us nervous in a boat that felt like we could fall out of at any moment. We were all hanging on the entire ride out and the engine was really load. No talking to anyone or information from the tour guide. They did not offer the ladder to get into to water, even at the sandbar. It was jump and may or may not hit the bottom. Of the 3 staff members (captain, tour guide and photographer) only one spoke any English and it was very minimal. I typically don’t mind, but it was slightly unnerving when an enormous storm rolled in and we couldn’t communicate about what to do. That left me wondering what would happen in a true emergency bc he wouldn’t have been able to give us any informations or information. It was not the crew’s fault, so we still tipped them well, but the company should put a lot more effort into the guest experience. The crew did make us delicious ceviche and guacamole, which is included with the tour. Next time we will charter a private vessel, which we could’ve done by the time we paid for our group of 12 plus the $25/person extra that you pay at the port.
