Fun, customizable tour - This is a fun, customizable tour of Cozumel. We were traveling as a family with kids, so we skipped the tequila tasting and opted for the chocolate factory instead, which was a great choice. Jorge (our guide) was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the local history, culture, and tour options. We highly recommend the visit to the Mayan ruins at San Gervasio, and the chocolate tour. Watch out for local time being different from ship time, if you are on a cruise!

Lunch in the water - We left the port in a 12-person boat to the 3 marine reserves of Columbia, Cielo and Cielito. In Columbia we saw reefs with tropical fish, barracudas and turtles. In the sky we saw many starfish even large. We had lunch in the water at navel height with rays swimming between our legs

Very pleasant and informative - Jorge was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable about Cozumel and Mayan history. It’s worth it to have a dedicated guy who can navigate crowds and roads. We learned a lot about the Mayan history and Cozumel’s history.

Magical place - We took the ferry with the family to Cozumel Island Do not be approached by direct sellers take the first class ferry it will cost you 2700 pesos round trip for 4 people from Playa del carmen Arriving on the island we once again moved away from the canvassers to take a tour that cost us 40 euros per person to go to El Cielo beach with a small meal type ceviche and drinks included After 45 minutes by boat we arrived at a site where cars cannot access Idyllic beach white sand clear and transparent green water and there paradise We swam among the rays of the fish turtles Simply madness We were in 90 cm of water and all this wildlife around us This place called El Cielito In short of the dream everything was clean wild and so appreciable A unique and splendid experience for children Small tip do not tip at the end of the tour to the captain of the boat as you have paid the round trip price with drinks meals and snorkel masks The supplement they simply try to coax you But frankly a crazy day to do and I guarantee you I remain demanding Beautiful island that I hope will keep this virgin side for a long time Signe Dartagnan

Great tour! - Totally enjoyed the tour. Jorge did an excellent job of taking us throughout the island and stopped in various beaches, and and we were able to be off the taxi and enjoy the views. Jorge was very kind and has great knowledge about the history of Cozumel! Highly recommend this tour!

Personal and intimate - Jorge took us to a unique presentation on the Mayan culture and habits. We personally made and ate corn based masa, and honey sweetened cocoa that we ground from the bean. The kind of personal tour we were looking for.

Amazing day in cozumel - BOOK THIS TOUR! Jorge made our trip to Cozumel PERFECT. We came in on a cruise ship and had limited time. We wanted to see the east side of the island but couldn't find any tours that fit in our time frame. Jorge was great at communicating and answering questions leading up to the tour date. It was easy to find him at our meeting location and he was already there waiting for us. We gave him a few spots that we definitely wanted to see but also took him up on some reccomendations. We went to punta sur park which was so beautiful. He took care of everything from getting our tickets, getting us a waiter at the beach restaurant and more! We never felt rushed at any stop and really enjoyed hanging out with him haha I can't reccomend this tour and Jorge enough!!!!!!

Driving/guided tour of Cozumel - Jorge was very knowledgeable about the history of Cozumel. We were three adults, one with mobility issues, Jorge was aware of his limitations and showed special consideration. He contacted us before we got off the ship to arrange the meet. He was great to answer all our questions.. We enjoyed the tour.

Dropped us off an hour earlier than we paid for. - He was late picking us up. He supposed to search were Royal Caribbean would dock. He was patient with being seniors though. He was informative. He dropped us off an hour earlier than expected.

NEVER AGAIN - The your promised 2 drunks and an air conditioned vehicle. We got neither. .the driver kept saying he was turning up the air conditioning when he knew it didn't work. Only one air conditioning vent worked, right in front of the driver. It was so hot we felt sick. We skipped the last 2 stops and asked the driver to take us to a restaurant with air conditioning. When we arrived, we asked if he would drive us back to our resort after lunch. He refused saying he only had to be with us for 20 minutes more. He left and we had to take a cab back. Think Trip Advisor should take this company off its list of tours, They are terrible.
