Cenote and tequila. - Gizmo was an amazing guide. It was just the two of us. He drove us to pick up the atvs, telling us about Mayan culture. We followed him on the atv to the ruins and the cenote. We rode together but we could have ridden separately. It was an easy ride. The cenote was fun to swim in. The area was beautiful. Afterwards, we got to taste chocolate, honey and tequila, back where we picked ip the atvs. Julio told us all about the process of making tequila, and we got to taste 3 aged tequilas (the best we've ever tasted) and 4 flavored tequilas. We had an amazing time!

Gizmo was a fun & informative guide. - ATV ride is rough but fun. Cenote was beautiful. Tequila & chocolste tasting was an added bonus. The extra $20 charge was a little steep.

Ok, but wouldn't repeat - Seemed like a big sales pitch (black coral shop, overpriced tequila tasting and local chocolate shop). ATV trail was on slow, rutty tracks, or riding on the street. OK for a novice, but it didn't seem very adventurous. The ruins were the least impressive I've seen in Mexico. The cenote was a smelly pit of guano that any doctor would recommend against even dipping a toe in. We did encounter a few cool local critters, like stray cats and a coati (racoon/anteater looking thing). Gizmo, our guide, was really nice but I would dispute several "facts" from our tour.

Lots of Confusion!! - When we arrived we were told we had to pay $40 more. We’d payed in full through Viator and have never had this happen. Be sure to bring cash to tip your guide, tequila teacher and chocolate teacher. The tour began late due to confusion with time zones. The ship wanted us to stay on EST but Cozumel is CTZ. We ended up being late for our ship! We were supposed to swim at the cenote but the water was too dirty from hurricanes 9 months ago along with bat droppings. ATVs and tequila tasting was super fun. Our tour guide drank lots of alcohol during the tour.

Incomplete activities - Really disappointed, we are charged for activities and half was not respected! We pay to visit the ruins of El cedral... we didn’t see any of that! Just El Cenote and quad adventure

They did not show and never responded. - The night before the excursion, they had no problem, communicating answering questions. The day of it is pouring rain. We went to the pick up spot. They never showed and never responded. I wasted $50 in taxi to get there. They have still never responded. I am waiting on my refund now.
