Amazing experience and service! - We had the best time! We were so happy we booked this versus with the cruise. My uncle is mobility challenged and they catered to us at every turn. The whole experience was top notch service. Juan (and the whole team) was amazing. Highly recommend.

Best Cozumel Experience! - MJ's customer service Alvaro and quality beach/snorkeling site was amazing! He even called a taxi for us that picked us up right behind his snorkeling booth! The drinks and authentic food served directly to our beachside lounge chairs by Eduardo and Joshua were super-delicious!! Amazing snorkeling at this location!!! Better than some of our previous experiences at our favorite spot in Cozumel, Chankanaab.

Very nice park with beach for a pleasant afternoon - The entrance was very straightforward, although I could not access the tickets booked online. There was always someone there to take care of you and ask for the good - very unobtrusive. We made a great diving trip, the Mayan pieces are also very nice to look at. It's all there for a varied and relaxed day. we can highly recommend.

Manatee love! - My son & I stopped here during a cruise. I would have loved to see the rest of the park. The only area I can really review is the experiences part. We got to do the manatee experiences & it was AMAZING!
Lee was our guide, she had 2 others helping, they were all great! Very patient!
I was expecting a short experience but it was at least 30 minutes & we got to feed and love on three of the manatees!

Great experience! - This was a fantastic experience!! We had chairs at the Waikiki Beach portion of the park. Our servers and waiters were amazing--friendly and always making sure we were taken care of. Drinks were great and the massage was amazing!!! I will for sure go back here next time I go to Cozumel.

Great trip with Cozumel Adventure Planet adventure planet - We booked our Carnival Cruise excursions with Cozumel Adventure Planet and did the ATV + Chakannab combo tour. The ATV experience with Linda Vista was amazing and the guides were great from start to finish. It was an hour and a half ride through the jungle that included a nice refreshing swim. They shuttled us over to Chakanaab and the park was absolute paradise. They fed us and had plenty of rereshments and cocktails. Servers were great. But the snorkeling took the 🎂. The guys took us out and were very informative, safe and fun. Plenty of pictures and awesome stuff to see in the clear deep water. Tequila tours sea lion show and plenty of souvenirs at the park. I highly recommend visiting this place if going to Cozumel

Great experience - Franco, Alvaro and team did an excellent job. Great customer service and very easy to book. We were greeted and guided in as well. Food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommended

Nice for children,... - Nice for kids, clean, nice sand and nice for snorking.
The food was not very Mexican and very salty.

Not as advertised - Not really all inclusive. Limited drinks and food. Hosts were very nice and helpful. No sand beach at this place and the vendors were constantly there

Better options available - Ok if you like snorkeling or diving. No beach whatsoever. Food and drinks subpar. I would look elsewhere for a more traditional resort style experience.
