Beautiful experience with dolphins - Loved it, friendly staff, nice. The staff is very friendly, the place is quiet and beautiful, has variety for everyone. It’s worth that and especially having the opportunity to swim with dolphins that was unique to us, made us feel special.

Best place to visit and time spent during the time at Cozumel. - Best place to relax, do a little snorkeling, have a beer or two in the timeframe that the cruise allows to do something in Cozumel. Great for families.

Overall, was disappointed how you had to get to water, but the snorkeling made it worth it and the entire park was aweso - Great park. Beautiful place to snorkel. Lots of colorful fish and plants. It's not your normal beach. You have to go down steps to get into water and waves are crashing in on you, so not good for small children. And it's very deep but they do have life jackets you can use. The sea lion show is really cute. The Mayan Village is really beautiful and the park is super clean and kept up. Nice bathroom with showers for rinsing off and changing clothes. Didn't like my choice for the welcome drink though. Opportunity for dolphin swim, but we didn't do. Overall, I would highly recommend unless you want a sandy beach that goes straight into water. The entire staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive. Several shopping areas and a tequila tasting stop. Recommend the Mango Tequila!!!

Very easy and convienent - It was nice to have everything paid all together in a nice neat package. We purchased the park admission, snorkeling, lounge chairs, welcome drink. We just had to get our own transportation to the park, which was $15 for four people from the Port Terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive. We even got a locker to store our stuff while we went out snorkeling. The snorkeling was on our own, but they also offered an opportunity to do some scuba diving with instruction and guide onsite.

Closed on Sundays! We were not told that. - IT IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS AND WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS FACT BY EITHER VIATOR NOR CHANKANAAB PARK SNORKELING. WE SPENT $20 for a taxi (no UBER available to get out there. We were told it closes on Sundays and we brought our snorkeling gear and our equipment to to not be able to go snorkeling. We then had to pay $15 for a taxi to take us back. We booked this snorkeling at Chankanaab Park 2-3 weeks before we arrived. Someone should have told us and we would have booked another activity. This was a bust. Supposedly, we are getting reimbursed by Viator.
