Fantastic Mayan Ruins Tour - Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of Mayan history and ensured we were comfortable and safe when climbing the steep steps of the ruins. We got to see monkeys, as well as sleeping bats and honey bees. We even stopped for some pineapple and oranges on the way back to the ship. Truly a tour you don’t want to miss!

Day-trip to Calakmul - I had the best experience thanks to our wonderful guide Carlos. We went to the Zona Arqueológica de Calakmul on a day trip from Bacalar and even though it’s a long trip (4 hours one way), it was worth it. First of all, the temples of Calakmul are impressive and because it is still authorised to climb on them the experience is breathtaking (literally!). The second highlight was our guide (and driver) Carlos who was incredibly knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. Thank you Carlos !

Greatest experience at Calakmul - Firstly, we had excellent communication with Carlos prior to the trip! He picked us up and we had a nice ride to Calakmul. Stopped for coffee! Saw some animals along the way. Carlos was highly informative during the hike among the pyramids. Carlos is also kind and easy to get along with. To sum it up: we couldn’t ask for a betyer guide or experience at Calakmul!! Go there!

5/5 Experience - Me and my family had an amazing experience and Carlos was an excellent guide, would definitely recommend! Carlos had a comfortable van and made sure everybody had a good time during the ride to the destination, stopping for toilet and coffee breaks. Carlos gave interesting trivia and information about the pyramids and the Maya people.

Calakmul, mandatory stop in Mexico, and with Carlos as the best guide you could have. - The visit to Calakmul is a mandatory stop on the Yucatan Peninsula, leaving you breathless! Carlos is the best guide one would want to have, polite, attentive, careful with every detail (he brought maps so that the explanations were as extensive and detailed as possible) and friendly. Unlike other tours, Carlos took us to see the three pyramids, leaving us time to relax at the top. We were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and spider monkeys, Carlos at all times was watching the trees and left us time to contemplate them quietly. Without a doubt the best of the trip to Mexico!!!

We had a nice visit to... - We had a nice visit to the Mayan Ruin. The tour guide gave good information and was very friendly. We also tasted the local pineapple, very sweet. The meeting point is a bit far from the cruise but the direction was good enough to follow to find the tour.

5 hour trip to your Dzibanche archeological site. - Carlos was a fantastic guide. We had a really great tour with him. He was very informative & explained the history & significance of the site. His English was excellent. He was also patient with us asking lots of questions. We never felt rushed, he encouraged us to take our time, to explore & to take lots of photos. He was also a great driver, we felt very safe & looked after. I would highly recommend.

No fruit and village experience - The guide was good, introduced a lot of information. It's just that the trip doesn't have the fruit and village experience.
The journey was straight to the pyramids, then a ten-minute stop at a white memorial pillar between the port and the beach before being returned to the harbour. If you're going to the beach you're going to have to take your own taxi from here and go to the beach 5 times.
Without the fruit and village experience, the price should include Pyramid tickets.
