Bait and switch tour - We were added to another group and it added activities snd time to our day we had not planned on. We were dumped at a pool that was a very commercialized open cenote. The all day tour really only consisted of one two hour tour of four cenotes which was great but the other 12 hours were spent in a cramped van or going to a shopping mall or stopping at plastic signs to get pictures. Just was not what we thought we signed up for. It was not a full day of cenotes. Bait and switch which we had no control over snd were just stuck. The 12 hours turned into 15 hours and really only two hours of decent cenote areas. The guides were nice but it was basically miserable. Would not recommend this company
