Great family fiver trip - Took 4 teens on the river trip. The ride up was informative and interesting. The water and guides were great. The meal that came w the trip was fantastic. Star fruit juice and juicy chicken. Unexpected our guides also rescued a sloth, we got to tag along as he was released into a much safer area. The employees took great pride in everything they did. It was a great excursion.

Best experience of my Costa Rican vacation! - Excellent experience! I went with my two children, 11 and 9. We were picked up promptly at our hotel in Manuel Antonio. Within 10 mins, the driver, Miguel, stopped so we could see two sloths on the road (our closest sighting all trip) and a macaw. We changed buses and drove to location, it takes a while. We had a raft to ourselves with one guide, Roland, I think. These were class II and III rapids and we felt safe the whole time. Scenery was beautiful. Well worth money. Note that there is only a light snack at the waterfall and lunch at end of trip which was at 2:30 for us. It's great but be prepared for a long drive and eat breakfast beforehand (or bring snack).

Top tour - Top support - We had a great tour (ll to lll) of the river. Even if the water level was relatively low, we got our money's worth. At two points we jumped into the Wassee and Lipinski drifted a bit. At another stop there was fresh pineapple and a waterfall with pool. And finally a typical dinner. Tucane, macaws, herons and other animals were our companions. Our guides Maurice and Bryan were absolute top. On a scale of 1 to 10 an 11 and also our driver Miguel earned an 11 on the very difficult route to the drop-off point.

A must do - Beautiful and fun day on the river. Great guides and fabulous environment. Stopped for (the best)empanadas on the way to the river, fruit snack at the waterfall stop, and a lunch at the end. Great day all around.

Great adventure with friendly and knowledgeable staff! - Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. We had a great time with Mauricio who has been rafting 25+ years. The 4x4 made many stops pointing out local fauna and provided bathroom opportunities along the way to the River. Best part was snacking on fresh fruit by the waterfall! Lunch after the tour was delicious! The rapids were lots of fun and absolutely beautiful!

Rapids in Costa Rica - We had a wonderful time with our guides, Bryan, Micheal, Miguel and specifically Gabriel was our guide. What a. Experience for our kids aged 13, 11 and 10. The drive was bumpy but that was the nature of the road we had to take up the mountain. However, the staff was amazing, kind, patient and playful. Very knowledgeable about local foliage and animals. Expertly guided us down the rapids. My kids said we definitely have to do this again!

A perfect day full of laughter and excitement - Maurice, Michael and Miguel were amazing! We felt so special. My friend and I booked a last minute trip to raft the Savagre River so we were the only two on this trip. On the way to the launch point, they stopped the bus several times to get out and bring back parts of the natural environment to share with us- everything from a fern to a piece of cinnamon tree bark. It was so much fun! Mauricio is well versed in the local flora and fauna. Once we arrived at our launch point, we were outfitted with the appropriate gear and given a quick rafting lesson, then we were off down river. Michael was our photographer and provided us with amazing shots of our day. In every photo we were grinning ear to ear. The waterfall near the end was a real treat. We had this beautiful place all to ourselves while we feasted on pineapple and cookies. Once we made it back to the tour company, we had a delicious lunch made fresh right there. It was a glorious day on the water and something I need to do more often! Thank you Mauricio for making our trip so much fun!

White Water Rafting - A great day with a fantastic team. This was so much fun. The guys took great care with us and ensured we had a lot of fun in the trip.

White Water Rafting Trip was Fun for all Ages - Great day of white water rafting with Iguana Tours. All of the staff were super kind and helpful. Our guide, Gabriel, was very fun and we felt very safe. There were three generations on that trip with the oldest being 89 and the youngest 21. Everyone had a great time. Even the bus trip up the hill was nice. We got to see scenery and wildlife that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
