Amazing jungle tour! - Amazing experience. Highly recommend a guide as you will miss all the animals that blend into the jungle. Diego with Guach Nature Tours was very informative and knowledgeable about all the local animals and ecology. His spotting scope was high quality and he pointed out so many animals including 3 sloths!
Booking was easy and communication was clear and timely. Worth every penny!

Highlight of our trip to Costa Rica! - The evening jungle tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was a native of the area, and so he was very well qualified to guide us. Our tour was not rushed at all, and my husband and I had all of our questions answered thoroughly and enthusiastically. It was a joy to see the animals in the nighttime jungle up close and personal. Until that point, they had only been photos in a magazine or travel brochure. Now, we see them through a new perspective - as real fellow inhabitants of our planet. We loved our experience and highly recommend it for couples, families, and anyone who wants to experience our planet’s natural treasures. And no, it wasn’t scary!

This is a MUST do for your trip to this area. - WOW. If you’re wondering if you should book this tour, the answer is yes. My husband and I loved Manuel Antonio park during the day, but this night tour was even more amazing. Very cool to see the night life wake up. We saw frogs, snakes, spiders, a couple beautiful birds, agouti, squirrel monkeys, and howler monkeys. The trail difficulty level was minimal, especially with the stopping to discuss things we were seeing. Edgar was an AMAZING guide. He’s clearly very passionate and had a lot to share with us and was able to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed his company just as much as we enjoyed the wildlife. 10/10 experience and will absolutely do this again if we are ever back in the area.

Night tour - It was amazing. The tour was long so we saw a lot of animals. The guide took his time to explain a lot about the animals and the plants and also to take a nice picture for us. I would definitely recommend doing this tour. The groups are small which makes it nicer and more personal.

Felt a bit like a zoo tour - The tour guide was amazing, really good at spotting animals and really knowledgeable. However most of the tour was spent in the butterfly/crocodile enclosures so it felt more like a zoo tour rather than a wildlife tour.
