We will visit three different waterfalls, each with a swimming hole, places to explore, areas to jump from, and one even has a 20ft natural water slide. We will also visit a semi-private beach lined with caves and palm trees. Escape the crowds and enjoy Costa Rica like a local. This tour is perfect for families of all ages!

There is very limited hiking on this tour with easy access to each of the 5 locations, so this tour is perfect for large families ranging in ALL ages as well as athletic capabilities so that no one needs to be excluded. We have perfectly curated this tour to combine that “outside your comfort zone” sense of adventure without compromising you or your families safety! You are given the opportunity to SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY do some things you may other wise not have the chance to do by licensed and EXTREMELY capable tour guides. However, you will NEVER be forced to do anything you do not wish to do, only encouraged to try something you may not normally do! Safety and detail are what we hold in highest regard on our Waterfall Adventure and you will see what we mean first hand when you book with Paddle 9!

If you are coming from outside of the Quepos or Manuel Antonio area, you are welcome to meet us at the Paddle 9 offices which can be located via Waze or Google Maps. If this is not an option we will gladly provide you with instructions on how to arrive at Paddle 9!

Awesome experience at... - Awesome experience at jumping at multiple locations, great way to see the central/southern part of the Coasta Rican coast. Guides made sure we were safe.

Great tour! Highly recommend! - This tour was amazing! All of the waterfalls were special in their own way. Ismael and all of the other guides were beyond helpful and informative. They were so kind and patient with my 8 and 14 year old. The lunch was amazing as well. I strongly recommend booking this tour, you won’t regret it!

Fun for All Ages (Really!) - I’m not easily impressed, but Paddle9 truly exceeded my expectations. We did the full-day waterfall tour out of Quepos with a group of ten people ranging in age from 7 to 78, and it was an incredible experience. While the waterfalls were beautiful -- albeit a bit smaller than we'd hoped/expected -- it was the guides who made the trip truly special.
Ismael, Alonso, Kevin, and the rest of the team were welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, extremely safety-conscious. They struck the perfect balance between high adventure, safety, and environmentally responsible practices. As an added bonus, the lunch at the sustainable organic fish farm was absolutely delicious! And the last stop of the day was a gorgeous beach where you're able to chill, swim and just decompress...it was lovely too.
We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait for our next adventure in Costa Rica. Thank you, Paddle9 team, for such a memorable experience. We truly appreciate you! Pura Vida!
(PS: the photos were good, but not worth the price of $30 per person...including the children in your group! Take your phone/camera along and capture the fun on your own.)

Fun waterfall adventure - This was such an amazing experience!!!! Our tour guides, Ken, Tyler, and Mambo were soooo nice, informative, and fun! We learned so much about Costa Rica, while jumping into waterfalls and exploring the beautiful nature. The team made sure we felt safe during this excursion and attempted to groups of all ages. We enjoyed an amazing fresh lunch followed by time at the beach. 10/10 recommend!

Put this day-long waterfall adventure at the top of your list. - This day long waterfall tour was one of the best adventures of my life. The scenery was beautiful, the water perfect and the falls were amazing. BUT because I am an "older" woman there was no jumping for me; instead, I was assisted uphill, downhill and across the streams by the four most thoughtful, kind, and fun tour guides. I felt safe and well cared for the whole day. Corry, DK, Alejandro, and a special shoutout to Alfonso, for making this such a memorable adventure.
The tour size was just right, the lunch relaxing and tasty. The jumps ranged in size and difficulty and the natural slide . . . let's just say I wish I had been young enough to try it. I was clearly the oldest person in the group, the youngest was an 11-year-old girl who was cheered on by the whole group. In fact, there was a lot of cheering going on. Most of the participants ranged from 20+ - 40 and the entire group was friendly and outgoing.
If you are planning a trip to the Manuel Antonio / Quepos area, put this adventure on the top of your list.

Great day with Paddle 9 - Ken, Mambo, and Tyler did an awesome job on our full day waterfall tour! My kids (11 and 9) had a blast. Mom and dad too. They were patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic. In addition, they had a ton of local knowledge to share in between waterfall stops. Highly recommend paddle 9!

Superb activity!! - The guides (Corry, DK, Alonso and the 4th whose name escapes me) were very professional, inclusive and respectful. We felt safe while having a lot of fun. The whole day was wonderful from the waterfalls, to transportation (thank you Carlos), to dinner and photos (thank you Lorena). I highly recommend this experience.

Amazing full-day waterfall adventure - This was hands down the best part of our trip. The group that took us was absolutely amazing - they were knowledgeable, kind, attentive and safe. I thought this was going to be a quick dip in some waterfalls and some pics with the family, but it was so much more. Our guides - Alex, Mikey and Damion - and our photographer - Maya - were the best people we could have asked for for a day like this. We were a total of three families, which was perfect. They managed to somehow keep us as a group despite having a huge range of ages and levels of attention (lol). Honestly totally worth your time and money. Would recommend highly.
