Monkeys, Sloths, and poisonous snakes oh-my! - We enjoyed our tour with Bruce. He was very knowledgable about the flora and fauna. Bruce if you see this review, please tell your tourist about the toxic tree! We sat on one near the beach and didn't know it because the sign was in spanish. The park is beautiful with lots of wildlife. Take lots of water as I got over heated from the walk and humidity. The park was not overly crowded at the time we went. Booking the actual park tickets was a bit of a hassle though. You have to book a pass with the park in addition to the tour. It was definitely an annoying process. It's probably so there are not too many people in the park at one time.

A must do - It's a walking tour where you stop many times as you spot various birds and animals. Our Tour Guide, Jerome had a telescopic camera which made for amazing viewings. And at the end he sent all of the pictures and mini videos to each of us. An awesome experience.

Albin Made the Rainforest Come Alive - We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Albin as our tour guide in Manuel Antonio National Park. From the moment we met him, it was clear we were in expert hands. He speaks English and Spanish fluently and even a bit of German, which was incredibly impressive and made everyone in our group feel welcomed and included. Albin is the perfect blend of professional, warm, and fun. His great sense of humor made the tour so enjoyable, and his deep knowledge of the rainforest, wildlife, and the park brought everything to life. He helped us spot animals we never would have seen on our own and explained each one with passion and clarity; from sloths and bats to birds, insects, and tropical plants. What truly sets Albin apart is how much he loves what he does. You can feel his respect for nature and his pride in Costa Rica in every story he shares. Our tour was not just a walk through the park and it was an unforgettable learning experience filled with laughter, discovery, and awe. If you’re visiting Manuel Antonio, do not miss the chance to tour with Albin. He made our day magical, and we will always remember this experience. Pura Vida! 🌿✨ — Yolanda

Wonderful tour, great guide. - Albin was a wonderful tour guide. He gave my folks and I a great tour including Manuel Antonio national park flora and fauna as well as Costa Rican nature and culture too. He was very attentive to my parents’ needs, abilities, and heat tolerance. He also made us feel welcome and we walked away with an appreciation for the local natural world.

Pura Vida - This was the best tour! Andrea, our guide, was so nice and excited! She was very knowledgable and we saw many spectacular animals and plants! The area is so beautiful! The park does need to maintain the bathrooms better and monitor parking. We were confused on where to park. Overall, awesome!

Lovely guided tour! - Albin was so great and helped us see a bunch of animals we wouldn’t have otherwise, he was also very informative! The spotting scope was especially great as most of them were far away. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience in Manuel Antonio!! - This was the absolute best thing we did during our 2 weeks in CR. The park is stunningly gorgeous, and the animals are mind-blowing. Our wonderful guide, Albin Gutierrez, showed us capuchin monkeys, sloths, a basilisk lizard, a deadly viper (safely off the trail!), agutis, and a band of endangered squirrel monkeys. Wowwwwww!!!!! Albin was a wonderful guide - such a kind person and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!!
