Horse Back Riding with Waterfalls - I had the most incredible horseback riding tour through the jungle with Orlando as my guide. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely excellent. The pick up with Caesar and drop off was seamless he was a very safe driver. Orlando was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made sure everyone felt comfortable with their horses before we set off, and throughout the ride he shared fascinating insights about the jungle, local wildlife, and the surrounding area. You can tell he truly cares about both the animals and his guests. The scenery was breathtaking — riding through lush greenery, surrounded by the sounds of nature, was such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. The horses were well-trained, calm, and clearly well cared for. If you’re considering a horseback jungle tour, I can’t recommend Orlando highly enough. This was easily one of the highlights of my trip, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great tour! - Our guide was great and took us to a waterfall to swim! The lunch included was delicious, and they picked us up at our Air B&B!

Paloma The Dove - Joseph is an excellent guide! The horses all look healthy and well tended to. They are beautiful! Riding through the jungle was perfect! Joseph needs a raise!

Great adventure! - This was a full 4 hours walk in the forest ! No driving time taken out like a lot of tours do. First , the place is gorgeous. And the horses are healthy ( not the case in all countries …) . Our guide took us in the mountains all the way to a creek and small water fall. Now, this is not flat terrain … we went up, up and down down !! lol. Most of our group never did horseback riding before and made it no problem. Personally, I was happy with a little excitement…

Amazing Experience - This was a super fun day we had! The best horses we’ve had in Costa Rica! The horses we well mannered and well taken care of. Great tour guide! The tour was so amazing my daughter and I went back the next day to take another tour with the horses!

Wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend the host was so kind and knowledgeable. - We all enjoyed the interaction with our guide. He was a pleasure with a kind heart and love for the land. He explained safety measures very clearly and was a enthusiastic about our adventure. We could have listened to his wealth of knowledge all day.

Fantastic experience and awesome guide - This was my first time riding a horse. They were really good st their job. I got a fantastic guide, who csn spot an owl hiding in a tree when the car is driving or frogs hiding on leaves. Nothing escapes him. Awesome! He told us about plants and animals along the trip to the waterfall and back and made sure we were ok. All finished with a superb meal back at the ranch! I so recomend this! The beautiful nature, fantastic horses and awesome guide!

A Perfect Day with Horses in the Jungle - My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the horseback ride and lunch afterwards. Alvin and Fredi were warm and friendly and shared just the right amount of information. Our horses were calm but also had good energy. The plant life was incredible. Thanks Tucanes Tours for a special experience and a memory to treasure.

A nice time - The ranch is so cute with more than just horses to explore. Our tour guide was Hugo and he was great! Very knowledgeable and he really helped my youngest one to ensure she was safe on the horse. All the horses are well trained and equipped. It is a decent ride to the waterfall and the ranch dogs come along for the ride. Just fyi the waterfall itself is not much but fun to get in and catch a pic. You end with a custom/homemade and delicious lunch. Overall great tour and good for young kiddos.
