This small-group tour, limited to eight participants, ensures a personalized experience. Opt for a 1-hour Segway ride or a 2-hour Queenstown Tour, available at different times throughout the day.
- Minimum recommended age is 10 years
- Operates in most weather conditions; please dress appropriately
- Please dress extra warm on cool days
- Jackets and gloves are available to use. In the event of heavy or continuous rain, or if you’re just concerned about the conditions, please call the number on your voucher an hour before your booking time to discuss options

One Mile Powerhouse
The One Mile Powerhouse Car Park, near 130 Lake Esplanade. At the end of the Lake Esplanade take the 3rd exit off the roundabout. Go up the dirt road into the car park area to meet your guide who will be there 5 minutes before your booking time. In google maps enter 'One Mile Powerhouse'.

Great Segway Tours - We had a great 2 hour tour with Kevin today, he was full of local history and information, awesome way of seeing Queenstown, highly recommend for any age.

Fun first time experience - I took the first tour of the day on Saturday 7th March @ 9am. It was the 2 hour Queenstown Tour and I was lucky in that there were only 2 women on the tour plus me. That meant Kevin (our guide and owner) could dedicate more time between us and made it more manageable.
Anyway, it was my first time riding a segway, but Kevin was brilliant and patient in showing us how to use it and it didn't take long for us to get the hang of it. So after a short training session, we were off and under way. Kevin took us along Lake Wakatipu, into Queenstown and around Queenstown Gardens whilst stopping at certain points to get photos and to talk a bit about the area.
Overall, it was a fun experience and I'm definitely glad I did it.

A fun activity! - We had a 2 hour Segway tour around Queenstown and had a great time! This was our 4th time on Segways and was by far the best. We saw some beautiful scenery, went up and down some big hills, and were allowed to go fast 😃
Kevin was very patient and relaxed and was happy to stop and take photos for us.
I would recommend Segway on Q to anyone. There is a training/refresher session at the beginning of the tour and helmet are provided.

Great way to explore Queenstown - A Segway tour, especially when you first get to a new location, is a great way to get the lay of the land, see a large part of the city, learn interesting facts and have a fun time doing it. Kevin checked all these boxes! He spent the right amount of time getting everyone comfortable on the Segway in a quiet location before taking us off on our ride. He stressed safety throughout and even those who have never been on a Segway before truly enjoyed the ride. I highly recommend!

Fun way to get around... - Fun way to get around Queenstown. Kevin did a great job initiating us to Segways. Felt comfortable after a short while. He gave some fun facts along the way. Highly recommend.

Two Thumbs Way Up for this Segway Tour! - Kudos to Kevin Hey and his incredible Segway tour! Mr. Hey knows every crack in the concrete and every fact about the town and surrounding waterfront areas. Heck, I think he knows where every pine cone has fallen. At first I was concerned about two hours being too long, but this tour was so thorough, and so fun, I wanted more time! Kevin Hey is nothing short of a perfect guide. And, frankly, I think his prices are a too low for what is offered. Great experience. I can't recommend it enough. PS: Yes, choose turbo mode at the end!

Queenstown Intro ... WOW - What an intro to beautiful Queenstown, stunning! Kevin was perfect to start our holiday in a beautiful location. Showed us around the town, perfect start to a perfect holiday. Even shared an intro to frisbee golf. Thank you, Kevin, thoroughly enjoyed our segway tour.

Great fun!! - Kevin was amazing!! Great balance of riding, fun, information, scenery and instruction. 2/3 of our group had never ridden a Segway before and thanks to Kevin everyone picked it up quickly and easily! That helped everyone have a great time!
