Upon checking in at the office, you will embark on one of the aircraft, ensuring everyone has a window seat. The flight offers a 40-minute scenic journey showcasing the breathtaking mountains, lakes, and fiords of Fiordland National Park.
- Mitre Peak Cruises - Upon arrival at Milford Sound, you will be escorted to the boat cruise for a two-hour full-length exploration of Milford Sound. If you select our Picnic Lunch option, it will be provided as you board the boat.
- Milford Sound - After the cruise, you will fly back to Queenstown via a different flight path than the one taken to arrive.
- Milford Sound - Discover the stunning beauty of Milford Sound.
- Milford Sound Scenic Flights - Upon reaching Queenstown, a complimentary transfer will be arranged to return you to your accommodation.

Take off from Queenstown bound for Milford Sound, reveling in the breathtaking sights of the peaks, bodies of water, and cascades of Fiordland National Park. In an area adorned with some of the world’s most stunning landscapes, you’ll embark on your cruise and traverse the entire fiord until you reach the Tasman Sea. Cap off your adventure with a memorable return flight over the striking Southern Alps to Queenstown.
- You will need to call 1hr 30mins before the departure time you have booked for. If the weather is suitable you will be picked up from your hotel approximately 5 minutes after the call.
- Infants are classed as 11kgs or under. If they are over this weight, they will be classed as a child due to infant seatbelt weight limit restrictions. They will have to be charged a child price on the day if weights and are over the 11kg limit.
- Mitre Peak Cruises are booked subject to availability. On occasion you may be booked onto an alternative cruise company, we will notify you of this when you check in for your experience with us
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers 36 weeks or more into their pregnancy

Amazing experience - Amazing experience. Did the 8am flight and had a beautiful clear, cloudless morning with stunning views. Wrap up warm, bring lots of layers. The cruise can be cold. Well run, v efficient, friendly, helpful staff. Would love to do it all again!

Thrilling & Beautiful adventure - What an experience! Easy call in for confirmation that trip was on (weather is a consideration), an incredibly beautiful fight to Milford Sound over mountains & glaciers, all pointed out by Ben, the cruise through the fjords was breathtaking, and we got up close to couple of waterfalls. I think the flight & cruise would be better than a 4-5 hour bus ride, especially since we had driven much of the South Island and seen much of the topography

Great company, providing information and rearranging dates - Great trip saving time and a lot of driving a winding road. Pilot was friendly and informative. Cruise was fun, helped by the clear sunny weather, but you still need a raincoat and hat. Our trip was moved from the previous day due to poor weather and it was easily rearranged.
The company were helpful in helping me with limited mobility, advising walking distances and accommodating a rollator

Fantastic once in a lifetime experience! - What a great experience! Well organized, professional and efficient, the combination of over one hour of flightseeing and a two hour boat ride cannot be beat. The views were beyond belief during every segment.

Must Do on Your New Zealand Trip - Words can't describe how beautiful this flight and cruise were. I'd highly recommend doing this. My friends and family can't believe the pictures and videos I took on this adventure. Ben was a great pilot, Ryan and crew on the cruise were fantastic, everyone at check-in was great. Plane is obviously on the smaller side so not the most comfortable but it's only a half hour flight each way, you won't even remember how cramped it is once you're in the air and seeing the views. Definitely add this to your itinerary!

Outstanding half-day Fly-Cruise-Fly trip. Super friendly professionals helped present a laid-back but safe and efficient excursi - Outstanding! Really straightforward to Book & Pay Online in advance. Great to also get Confirmation (or otherwise) an hour or so prior to Check-In based on the weather-check. Our morning booking was Cancelled but we were able to go the same afternoon. Sorry friendly, polite, professionals at Check-In. Our Pilot, Luke, was super laid-back but also informative and 'all-over' the safety details, he really helped us enjoy relaxed flights out & back again. The views from the Plane were astounding and other-worldly. The transfers to and from the Cruise were also relaxed & really straight forward, and again the views from the Catamaran were amazing. The Boat-Pilot was also reallyblaid-back & informative he too helped us enjoy a relaxed Cruise out & back again. Thank you.

Must do! - This is a special trip and one we will remember. The reception staff were welcoming and provided us with clear instructions about the day.
Johan was a great pilot - professional, warm and organised and made sure everyone had a great morning.
The mitre peak cruise was a small boat which enabled us to get closer to,the shore and waterfalls. We were fortunate to see dolphins and seals too.

Spectacular experience, great way to see MIlford Sound in a morning from Queenstown - Incredible experience. Fantastic way to see Milford Sound from Queenstown in a morning - especially if tight for time. Staff/ pilots were relaxed, friendly and professional. We got upgraded to a helicopter on the return journey due to plane/ weather changes which was spectacular. Flights were the best part - would highly highly recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Good communication - Difficult to give 5 as it was cancelled but the information and help trying to re book was very good. But we missed it due to weather and safety must come first. For those booking id suggest you have a back up plane for the day in the event it gets cancelled. This was our third cancellation due to weather.
