The world's best cycling and winery tour - It was my first time cycling, but I was relieved because the guide taught me slowly and carefully! It was a 6 hour course, but thanks to the electric assist, I was physically fit and actually didn’t ride enough! The wine tasted better than I expected, and I was surprised! It was delicious, something we couldn’t taste in Japan! It was a great tour to feel the warmth of the people, as well as the transportation back and forth! Of course, the view is amazing!

Great e-bike tour to winery - Had a fabulous time and everything worked like clockwork. Got picked up from our accommodation, safety talk, great e-bikes and knowledgeable staff. Great day out, did about 25 km which was easy for someone who rarely cycles.

Great day - Jagged a perfect day to be outside. Queenstown is one of the most stunning locations and if you want to see its natural beauty, love outdoors, curious about wine and love a good platter, this experience won’t disappoint. Ours guides Ksena and Shea were the perfect hosts. Ksena gave us an efficient induction. Throughout the ride kept us informed of obstacles up ahead.. Very safe. Great equipment. The chosen vineyards were bespoke with lovely wines and very friendly hosts. Great afternoon.

Highly Recommend Ride to the Sky! - I HIGHLY recommend Ride to the Sky for your ebiking experience. I was traveling solo and others in my group were as well, but Ksena created a fun, inclusive environment that helped us all quickly build rapport and trust. We all had an awesome tour! Crowd size was perfect and probably on the smaller size = 6 riders. It would be fun with any size group. Ksena and her partner, Shay, ensure that riders feel safe on their bikes and are encouraged to bike at their level of comfort (easy to advanced). Cost seemed very fair and reasonable. Ride to the Vines - Ksena was a great guide, from instruction on best way to ride on gravel hills/curves & across suspension bridges spanning the Kawarau Gorge to explaining the history of the Gibbston wine region & wineries. It was a perfect day!

One of best things I've ever done - Review Our friends did a self guided tour and slipped on a cattle grid and couldn't walk for weeks, dampening their holiday. So we settled with Ride to the Vines with a tour guide instead. It actually worked out around the same price but much less hassle and we felt safe and in good hands. Not to mention all history we would have missed along the way. With all the other activities to do in and around Queenstown, this was for us by far most amazing, memorable, and specular thing to do. Many hours of amazing views and great light exercise as well with high quality e-bikes you can set at the level to match your fitness, I think you would be hard pushed to find anything else for this relatively small cost. We had so much fun we booked the lake tour a couple of days later and that was different but just as awesome. Highly recommend you to at least two tours with these guys Thanks guys.

Great scenery and wine! - We were a little nervous when we started, but quickly got comfortable despite the slightly crowded trail. Our guide, Ksena, was very helpful with instructions on how to ride with approaching changes in terrain or upcoming bike traffic. The views are so worth the ride, and the wineries at the end were a great finishing touch. It was great the Ksena took so many pictures along the way so you could just enjoy the views and not worry about getting your phone out all the time to capture the moments. We're so glad we took this tour because we saw areas of Queenstown that we never would have seen otherwise. A great choice for how to spend a day in Queenstown!

Just do it - What an amazing day out. I'd never riden an electric mountain bike before but Tom gave clear instructions and made sure I was sorted before we headed off. The bikes were well maintained and no effort required when in the correct gear. The wine tasting and grazing board was generous and felt good at the end to have our bikes picked up when the self guided tours had to ride back again. 100% recommend.

Scenic and fun - This was a great outing. The e-bike riding was easy with gentle hills and our guide, Ksena was terrific. She gave us interesting info about various places along the way. This was a fun way to see some of the area and taste some great wines!

Amazing Day Riding! - Firstly I want to thank Ksena for such an awesome day riding and tasting wine! She was amazing! My wife and I have never ridden e-bikes before and it was fantastic! At first the instructions for the bike were somewhat overwhelming but once we got on the bikes, it was very easy! Ksena took great care of us throughout the ride and the trail, the day of our ride, had other riders. She alerted us of oncoming riders, any hills/ corners, etc. We had several stops where we encountered some wildlife and amazing views around Queenstown. We are very novice when it comes to wine but Ksena answered all the questions we had. As for the wine, my wife and I enjoyed every single taster that we had. Both wineries were amazing! It was the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you for an amazing day!
