A great tour for beautiful movie scenery - This was an incredible tour. Our Guide Do, made our visit/tour amazing. The details she provided during our tour were the icing on the cake. She brought the magic of the movies to life with custom views and music on our van. I highly recommend this tour to any Lord of the Rings/Hobbit fan. You won't regret it!

A magical trip to Glenorchy and Paradise - A magical trip to Glenorchy and Paradise Being in Glenorchy and Paradise is like crossing a portal to Middle-earth: every mountain, every river and every forest seems to be taken from an enchanted world. Wearing Lord of the Rings costumes and recreating scenes was a unique experience that makes you feel inside the story. But what really turned this excursion into pure magic was our guide Lee. With his passion, his energy and his way of transmitting, he made every corner come alive. It doesn't just tell you data, it makes you feel like you're part of that universe. Thanks to her, this tour was not only a trip, it was a magical adventure that will be recorded forever.

Such a lovely tour! - The loveliest morning tour! Everything you could want included and it met every expectation I had. The minibus that takes you around is so comfortable and even has WiFi onboard! We had plenty of time to explore, and lots of photo opportunities! Our tour guide Allegra was so kind and she had so much knowledge of the locations we were visiting. The morning tea was delicious! Thank you for that lovely addition. Hot drinks, and warm toasties and cake. Everything about it was amazing!

Wonderful tour! - Kevin was a wonderful, knowledgeable, and generous tour guide! He took us through the windy mountain roads and told interesting tales along the way. We had a lovely lunch of thick cheese sandwiches and an array of hot drink options. He gave us each a smooth stone to keep.

Lovely Glenorchy visit with Aragella - It was a beautiful half day driving and walking through the quaint small towns of Glenorchy and Paradise. It rained a bit, but Altitude Travels gave us umbrellas. It was a very small group and we felt like being privately chauffered. Aragella was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Through her we got to know the country a bit better. The morning tea was simple but delicious.

This is a short trip that... - This is a short trip that you can self-drive, but we booked a guided tour due to time constraints. Kevin was an exceptional tour guide—professional, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend this tour.

Worth it - The driver is humorous and friendly. And the story telling is not very vivid but clear. We bumped into a rain when having the morning tea but the driver did a lot of things to make us feel as comfy as possible.

Scenic experience - It was mostly time driving and seeing scenery from a nice Mercedes van. Liked that it was fewer than 20 people in our group. Allegra our guide was very nice and gave some good information balancing quiet time with commentary. A few stops here and there. The time went by quickly for a 4-hour experience.

Nice trip - Glenorchy is absolutely gorgeous I had an unforgettable memory for its amazing scenery, unfortunately the weather was terrible, it was so cold outdoor that I cannot stand outside the car for more than 3 mins. However, it’s not operator’s fault, I appreciate Altitude provided a well organized, safe, friendly tour, but I will suggest that we could stay at some spot, such as the way to paradise, it was so beautiful through the road but it’s a pity that we had no chance to get down the car, walk and take some pics. I may drive there when I got a chance to come here cuz the scenery is 5 star recommended
