This bike ride to the... - This bike ride to the wineries was so much fun! It was so beautiful in the fall with the colors! I wish it was an hour longer but besides that it was amazing!! We did the regular bikes so it was a tough workout. The wineries were great too!

Fantastic!! - Fantastic!!! Electric bikes are a game changer. Love my bike “Edward”. The staff were friendly, funny and helpful. I felt very secure that they would help with anything. The valley and ride was beautiful. Spent lots of time enjoying the views. The bungee jump bridge was a hoot. Fun to watch the crazy people jump. The wineries along the way were peaceful, beautiful with great wine and food. Lovely day and a wonderful place. Highly recommend !!

Highly recommended - Amazing day. All instructions very clear and provided in a humorous fashion. Fabulous day out with plenty of time for wine tasting and eating. A minor criticism is the lack of friendliness and interest in the clients from the two people on the desks in the store. They let the entire team down - they did nothing wrong but there was simply no friendly interaction at all.

A fantastic adventure in Gibston Valley - This was a really fun day. It was so easy to get to the pick up point. We were dropped off at Arrow Town and fitted with our bikes. We were entertained with really funny New Zealand jokes as we were being given our safety and ride tips. I’m still proud to be on Team Australia! The bikes were in good nick and easy to ride- thank goodness for the e-bike which provided two angels at my back ( another joke!) The ride is incredibly scenic and very manageable for some one who can ride but only does it a couple of times a year. I really appreciated the flexible pick up points, especially as we simply could not leave one of the wineries- good wine, music and pizza. It would’ve been rude to leave. This was one of my favourite days in Queenstown.

Great day - It is well worth doing for the scenery and wine , try not to overdo the wine, and for Steve's safety brief, best ever

Full day wine ebike tour is a MUST - Spectacular views and ride - a highlight of our trip. Favorite of many bike rides. If you know how to navigate a bike (shifting gears frequently up and down hills while adjusting ebike speed), it's super fun. While i won't ding for one or two people's unfriendly demeanor in the office, it's disappointing when we've done so many tours and everywhere else and staff has been full of fun and energy from the start. These people are in the wrong jobs, and they likely know it as they're not happy. One lady with long hair and pretty bright eyes was super friendly. And yes, a bathroom at the office would be nice. Others say the same.

Wet ride, but very enjoyable day. - Beautiful ride along the river to some lovely wineries. Although it was a wet day, we had a great day and excellent lunch and Pinot Noir at Kinross winery. Check in and bus drive could have been a bit more welcoming, but e-bike ride instructions very good. Finished at The Church in good time for one more and pick up.

Poor service ruined a great day - It would be sooooo easy to give this a 5-Star review. But that review would be based on the scenery and the wineries...not the company itself. First, the good: the bikes are in decent shape and they allow you to call at the end of your ride if you want to be picked up somewhere other than the final destination. That was hugely helpful, since we'd been riding and drinking a fair amount of wine, so trying to rush back to an arbitrary assembly point would have been a challenge. But... We stopped by the day before and asked if we could have a map to review that night. Nope. The rather curt counter-person said we could take a picture of the map on the wall, but no paper copy. Alrighty then. When we checked in, the same less-than-nice representative gave us a one-page info sheet (no map), and told us we'd get a map when we arrived at the trailhead. We asked if they had a restroom to use, but, no again, we should find a public toilet somewhere outside. Keep in mind it's a thirty minute drive to the trail head and they want you there well beforehand. So, be prepared. Eventually, we all muster into the van, where the driver says very little. None of your usual informative commentary, just 80s rock on the radio. We arrive and hear the usual amusing/informative banter from the person greeting us, but we notice, hmmm, there's no restroom again. We eventually collect our bikes and helmet (none of which fit on my adult-sized head). There's a pouch on the bike for a water bottle, but, you guessed it, no water is provided, either. But hey, we DID get a map. Off we went. A few other notes.... If you do this ride DEFINITELY get an e-bike. The trail is hilly with lots of loose gravel. It would be a struggle to do it without it. Also, if you do buy any wine, there are no panniers to put your wine in. So bring a backpack. A backpack would also be useful for bringing along, yep, some water, too.
