JFK car to Manhattan hotel - Thorough follow up & easy 2 find the car & driver. He took photo of vehicle in parking spot, so I felt safe when I found it. I would definitely use them again!

Low professionalism with a lack of accountability for unsafe ride - I booked this company through Get Your Guide, and I will never book them again My elderly mother and I had a driver booked with this company after a long international flight and the company made my mother and I wait outside in 21 degree weather for over 40 minutes. They didn't pick us up inside the airport like other drivers did. The company never gave me the driver's name or number but would text me incorrect ETAs of where he was. After the incorrect ETAs they tried to blame the traffic but a driver with my flight info should already arrive and be there when my flight arrives. I also spoke to other dri ers coming in that said from the parking lot my driver was supposedly at that they were in too, it didn't take them more than 20 minutes to arrive. Once the driver finally arrived he didn't speak English, was coughing without covering his mouth the entire ride, went 10-15 miles under the speed limit on highways and would constantly break when no one was in front of him. It made my mother nauseous. He also brought out food at one point and kept getting distracted by it when he was driving. There were many cars that honked at our driver because he almost hit them. I kept texting the driving company my concerns but heard nothing back. The company at one point called the driver and asked him to take a photo of us and we refused. I'm not sure why the driver after an hour of driving us needed a photo of us but it made us feel completely uncomfortable, especially after he got mad that we said no and said "my boss is making me take a photo". This was the worst ride I have ever been experienced. We did not feel safe. A professional company should never make clients wait that long in freezing temperatures and then provide an unfit driver. When we asked Get Your Guide for a refund, this company told Get Your Guide that what they delivered was in scope with what was booked, and they were not at fault for anything.
