Excellent ride - We went for 2 hr ride , our tour guide was excellent, we had saom beginners also, he took of us very well. The ride was challenging with curves , water crossings and uphill and downhill. Will recommend to all

Awesome ATV experience with lunch - Super fun tour and Juan our tour guide was awesome! We rode the ATV’s to El Tigre for lunch which was beautiful and the food was the best we had in Costa Rica! Juan was super helpful, always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time! He picked us up from our hotel and brought us back. Amazing time, will go back and do the 4 hour tour next time!

Have Juan as your guide! - Juan was amazing! Best trip in Costa Rica! He took us to an amazing waterfall and was very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend doing this whether you are in the area for a few days or a few weeks it is a must do!

Great experience but bad staff - I recently went on an excursion tour and unfortunately had a small incident with one of the mini dirt bikes. The bike got stuck in the dirt, and when I tried accelerating to get it out, it slipped from my hand and the rear bumper popped out of a screw. Our guides, Reiner and Leo, kindly fixed it on the spot within minutes. After their quick repair, there was no visible damage to the bike at all — everything looked fine and secure. What upset me was at the end of the tour, one of the guides told me I had to pay $50 in cash for “damage.” I was confused, since the bumper had already been fixed and there was no sign of any actual damage. I even asked for pictures they had supposedly taken of the issue, but they told me they had deleted them. That raised red flags for me. I fully understand that if a customer truly damages equipment, it’s fair to cover the cost of repairs. But in this case, there was no lasting damage. I would have been willing to tip them or pay a small amount for the quick fix, but $50 felt unreasonable and more like being hustled than charged fairly. This left me with a very negative impression despite enjoying the tour itself.
