Beautiful Winter Excursion - I had an amazing full-day trip to Quebec City and Montmorency Falls in February! Our guide, Miguel, and driver, Shawn, were both wonderful—professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Miguel shared so many interesting facts along the way, which made the ride feel short and engaging. At Montmorency Falls, most of the waterfall was frozen, but it was absolutely stunning—like a frozen wonderland! The icy landscape made it feel truly magical and unique to see in winter. In Quebec City, we were greeted by our local guide, who was fantastic. She shared so much fascinating history about the city and its architecture, and you could tell how much she loves her hometown. Walking through the cobblestone streets with her stories brought everything to life. Overall, it was a perfect winter day—beautiful scenery, lots of history, and great company. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

It was awesome — the... - It was awesome — the falls & Quebec City were our favorites. Great food spots within QC. The Ice hotel was cool too but a little crowded— it is attached to a resort.

Easy day in Quebec - loved it - A comfortable trip, everything was super easy. The waterfalls at this time of year were incredible as we could walk on the river and the ice hotel was just amazing. Room for improvement - to spend a little less time in the city so that more time could be spent at the ice hotel, we had to rush this bit of the trip and secondly the guide who was great spoilt it at the end [in my opinion] by standing over people and asking them to write a 5* review [they booked through other sites] with Viator I couldn't do it until the next day so he couldn't do that with me. He also said tips were not included, but with Viator it specifically said they were, so I had to mention this when he came to take the additional fee for the ice hotel and said tips were not included and I could add - awkward. Other than that the guide was very good and we had the best time.

Nice trip - I felt that there were only 2-1/2 hours in Quebec which included lunch and was not enough to explore the town, maybe if instead of doing 1-1/2 hours in the ice hotel as not everyone in the group decided to visit inside will allow more time in Quebec which is a beautiful area . Our tour guide was a nice person but I feel needs a bit more as tour guide .
